Un hotel muy favorito, aunque no puede compararse con los guardianes locales, pero el hotel es nuevo y la higiene es buena. El desayuno es el más rico de mi viaje. Haha, especialmente los cacahuetes y las almendras de su casa son especialmente deliciosos 😋, hay agua de fruta helada todos los días, Por supuesto, la principal cosa es que el cuarto tiene una pequeña cocina, la mesa está completa, puede ser fácil de limpiar 🍳

Nuestra visita fue 9/8-9/12/2021. Después de las 10pm, llegamos a la puerta leer -MASK REQUIRED_ AWESOME ... y fueron saludados y rápidamente inspeccionados por el empleado del 2o desplazamiento delantero. El lobby del hotel era pequeño pero limpio. Continuamos a nuestra habitación en el primer piso. La habitación era muy limpia, el baño estaba limpio y bien almacenado con toallas, jabón, etc. El mobiliario estaba en gran estado. la habitación tenía 2 camas dobles y 3 pijamas en cada cama. Todo estaba muy bien hasta este punto. La casa de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. Cerca de mis amigos/familia, parques, restaurantes, tiendas y grandes cenas de Long Island.

* Parking - small lot under the hotel between the poles everywhere- hard to navigate and park near but space is limited and it is NY so I get it. *Location- nice centrally located in surprisingly high end area. Great food right nearby. * Service- let me just say the housekeeper was great! Friendly and takes pride in her work. In sharp contrast though, the front desk staff female - needs some serious customer service training. Walked inside to check in to her finishing an obvious personal call by the context and a hand being thrown up to us as we waited for her to finish making her after work plans. Simple Issues during check in that became larger on her part as we obviously inconvenienced her and she literally argued room type listed in printed copy of reservation. Get through that and then sent to room and Room 1 - no heat or ac working, floor creaking and uneven which was odd, weird smell (assuming from ac issue). Returned to desk to discuss and she sadly, seemed to enjoy the fact there was an issue. So sent us and all our stuff to Room 2- bed great surprisingly comfy bathroom clean, older room but is just a place to lay your head while in town. Keys however mysteriously kept not working but ironically enough only when she was on shift over the course of several days. Male morning desk person, very friendly and helpful with directions. He always was being personable with guests other than ourselves, obviously enjoys his job. *Room 2 was directly under room 1 which became occupied on day 2 and we spent the next two days in the evenings listening to extremely loud floor squeaks as the guests above us moved. They were night owls and this went well into the night. We ended up meeting them at breakfast and it was an interesting conversation as they noticed all the same listed above. *Breakfast- decent but no home run. For age and size of hotel, it was well set out and had what you needed to start the day. I would strongly say to just stay somewhere else. It was clean which was good but overall even as a place just to lay your head it is best to avoid.

As a Diamond member was very pleased to receive an Oyster Bay Suite upgrade several days in advance. Alexa is a gem and arranged for my second room to be placed directly next to my suite for our convenience. I wish the outside door to the 2 rooms had not been removed. This would have improved our privacy. Suite was fine and we enjoyed the gas fireplace immensely. Much of the furniture was broken in the rooms. Lighting next to the bed unsatisfactory to enable us to read in bed. Hotel should install doorstops in all rooms to eliminate the loud slamming of closed doors which, along with guests just speaking in normal tones, reverberates throughout the hotel. Noise travels. There should be a sign on the highway that this is the Tapestry and not the Hotel Roslyn--confusing for a first timer. And a sign of how to enter the hotel and not have to drag the luggage up all those steps. Thank you for Diamond parking spaces. And again, Thank You to Alexa. Without her, I'm not sure the hotel would be worth returning to. If there is a large price differential I would probably try the Hilton Garden Inn next time.

Me quedaré aquí regularmente para el negocio y me encanta lo amable y bienvenido que es. Especialmente Steve y Raul. Las habitaciones son limpias y confortables y tienen todo lo que necesitas, incluyendo un refrigerador y una microondas que es tan agradable cuando estás fuera de casa. El desayuno está bien, hay muchas opciones y todo muy limpio y cocido seguro pero nada de fantasía. Desafortunadamente no hay bar ni restaurante para almorzar o cenar, sin embargo, muchas opciones cercanas incluyen un alimento completo a la puerta, el objetivo, el comerciante Joe y Walmart, así como un Wendy y shake shack. Khama, Antonella y Dean ofrecen un excelente servicio desde la comida y la bebida a la dirección que eran extremadamente pensamiento y cuidado, definitivamente un debe ir a la ubicación!!!! Usted tiene que venir aquí. Me encanta el servicio y todo acerca de mi estancia!!!!
