We’ve just spent 11 days at the Hotel Eden and can’t praise the hotel and staff highly enough. The hotel is immaculately clean, we had room 219 which overlooked the pool and had a view of the lake. Great choice of food at breakfast and the 5 course evening meal was always delicious. Massimo runs the dining room very efficiently, Ana was our waitress and she is a credit to the hotel, always smiling and chatty. We used the rooftop terrace and enjoyed the whirlpool with a view of the lake, never struggled for a sun bed. Drinks and snacks at lunchtime are reasonably priced. If we ever come back to Garda, I would definitely stay at the Hotel Eden. Thank you to all the friendly, hardworking staff for making our holiday so memorable.

When you read the reviews on here you may think it's too good to be true. However, having spent 7 days here then I can tell you that it deserves every accolade. Immaculately clean throughout, beautiful housekeeping with lovely staff. Excellent food and restaurant service - Riccardo is simply outstanding, there can't be a harder worker in Garda! The hot tub on the roof is fabulous with stunning views. Reasonably priced drinks and food. The 'inclusive' drinks with dinner is a great bonus. Will definitely book again. You can always add improvement, and I would suggest the hotel rethink the entertainment at the Gala dinner; the 'singer' at our stay was pretty naff. Honestly though, that really is a minor criticism. Book it! You won't regret it! Lord George Thompson

Wow what an amazing hotel! Everything perfect. Evening meals were like a fine dining experience with plenty of choice, even for my fussy husband. Whole place is spotlessly clean and room service is second to none. Staff are amazing nothing is a bother to them. Cocktails on the rooftop with whirlpool is amazing with beautiful views. Really can’t find a negative thing to say about hotel or staff, never stayed anywhere like it. Very emotional leaving here, we will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and excellent maid. It’s a 15 min walk down to the lake or they have a shuttle bus which runs frequently. Great relaxed a**osphere at the hotel, good selection at breakfast and you keep your own table throughout the week at breakfast and evening meals. Really good experience at this hotel and would recommend.

Spent 7 nights at this excellent hotel. Everything could not be faulted from cleanliness to food to staff. Nothing was too much trouble and the chef deserves a Michelin star as the food was excellent (and this from a non pasta eater who has been converted!!). Roof top terrace with great views, especially at night overlooking Garda and the lake. Stayed in room 114 and are determined to return. Arrived on 1st July for 4 night's stayingcin Room 202. This is a family run hotel with good amenities and views of the lake from the 3rd floor terrace area. Hotel had swimming pool and was located about 15-20 walk to the lake. They run a minibus service frequently to the lake area from 8 am to last pick up in the evening at 11.20pm. We had half board with a good choice for breakfast and evening meal was 5 courses with plenty of choice daily. On Sunday evenings they hold a gala meal with live music by the pool area after the dinner. Drinks with the meal was either beer, wine or soft drinks. If you purchased drinks during the day you had plenty of choice and prices were very reasonable and not over priced. The hotel staff are very amenable and go out of their way to assist you. Our waitress Nicole was especially pleasant and always smiling. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again as we had a great time in Garda. Mark

The Hotel is a short walk into Garda although there is a courtesy bus available. Amazing view from the rooftop pool area. Absolutely spotless throughout and a credit to all the staff. Excellent food with a varied menu and always well presented. Breakfast is normal, self service and again lots on offer. Our room with small balcony was comfortable and a decent shower room. This was our first time to Garda and the staff were very helpful and gave out lots of information regarding local travel etc, So to conclude, a week was too short a time . Many thanks to all the Staff at Eden Hotel.

From start to finish Everything about this Hotel was excellent - 39 rooms meant limited numbers staying but most facilities there towels hairdryer safe etc.Arrived about 10.30am and room ready which after 2.30 am start was ideal. So clean a hotel in every area and Food was TASTY . Breakfast not a wide choice but varied and good. Evening Meal (with Wine and soft drinks included) was 5 course varied choices to suit most tastes including Gluten Free available. We will be returning to Garda, location good, Ferries frequent to most places on the Lake and weather was superb too

Lost count how many times we have been to this hotel now. It's so fantastic! The team are great in all area's, such a fabulous family too. The view from the rooftop Whirlpool as well as our balcony are just superb. Can't wait till next time already :-)
