Very nice location , good hospitality..friendly behavior of all staff members..we had a 2 year kid and they fulfilled all our requirements for the kid.. special thanks to Vimal for helping all getting better room and getting us good discount for spa…also thanks to Abhishek - the restaurant ***ager for arranging candle light dinner in a very short time. Overall I recommend this place for family n couples

We went to the beautiful multicusine restaurant "Tamarind" for dinner and fell in love with the food, hospitality and ambiance. We liked it so much that came back again next day fir one more dinner. A huge variety of food suiting every taste is available. Special mention for Anjelika (apologies if I misspelt her name) who was our gracious host and guide, helped us with the food choice and made sure we were promptly served. Thanks to ger and the entire team for making our evenings memorable.

My recent stay at this hotel was exceptional. The rooms were incredibly spacious, providing ample space for relaxation. The staff, particularly Anusha, Shan, and Mingma, were not only accommodating but also incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Their exceptional service truly stood out. Furthermore, the food served at the hotel was absolutely delicious, offering a delightful culinary experience. I had a great stay at the Fern Hotel in Gangtok. The room had good view of the mighty Kanchenjunga on a clear morning. Special thanks to one of the restaurant staff Miss ***ita, for serving us well and taking good care of us. Also thanks to Mr. Shan for helping me organise the transportation.

Location is good. Just 5 min walk from m g market..Little amenities in hotel. Except spa. Food was good. Good for jain people. They prepared us good varieties.. Special mention to anjala and kushal (restaurant ***ager. ) Service was very prompt.
