We were three adults and stayed for 2 nights.. All the staff very helpful and friendly The rooms were really nice.. We had a great view of the mountains... But at the night it was very cold (maybe bcz of rain or weather) The food was great too We totally enjoyed staying there Would recommend to my friends and family members

Interior of the room are good and food was scrumptious .The hospitality of the hotel management was excellent.location is excellent, u can feel the Gangtok, valley is visible ,staff hospitality is fine and nice experience. We wish to visit again

Stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience.Their Hospitality was good. Food was tasty and didn't cause any health issues. Room was neat and spacious.Room services and reception persons were quick and helpful. Their extra effort on guidance to nearby tourist spots was appreciable.

The view from the room was majestic, The owner Mr Saikat was a great host and wonderful person, he and the other staffs of “The Royal Heritage” were very friendly & helpful. The driver from the hotel Mr Sarju was also very cooperative and helpful, because of him we were able to capture some lovely moments for lifetime. I am really very thankful to all of them for making this trip a memorable one. Thank you so much everyone 🙏🏻💐

Great Hospitality, Services Top Class, Very Nice and Cleanly Maintained . We had good Dinner and Nice Breakfast. Simple Superb. Great Location Parking Facility Good Great View of Scenary Bath Room Very Clean and Hot Water Facility was there Wifi was Provided Spacious Room for Family time

Wonderfull experience great staff great sarvice and lovely food, and hotels rooms are very clean and affordable...I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Gangtok....kudos to the Royal Heritage team. I would definitely advise all the future coming tourist to accommodate here...

Kindly service. But they charge extra for room heater. They provide blankets. Bath towel. Shampoo, body lotion. Kettle water bottle. Coffee Tea sugar sachets. Water heater, clean toilet and bath tub. Overall good stay good food. And very good service.

Good service and very professional staff. Really enjoyed our stay. We spent three days and it was great experience. We would surely recommend this place. Near to MG marg as well. Thankyou for making our stay memorable
