¡El mejor hotel de toda la isla! La experiencia no empieza cuando llegas al hotel, empieza desde antes. Cuidan cada detalle minuciosamente y todo es personalizado, supieron exactamente qué es lo que esperaba de mi estadía y dieron no el 100% sino el 1000%. ¡Sin duda alguna volveré a quedarme en The Reserve!

Absolute care and attention without being intrusive. All of the staff were fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and the ocean suite room couldn’t have been better, maybe a few less cushions and pillows 😂 We loved the bars and restaurants especially Terreiro enjoyed chatting to the staff The bar staff are professional producing effortless cocktails A special mention for the staff in the Jacaranda we loved you all but especially Juan

We had a great time at the Reserve. Service was impeccable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the lounge was excellent. Our ocean facing suite was large and very comfortable. The infinity pool on the rooftop had panoramic views of Funchal. We would love to return next time we are in Madeira.

Our stay at The Reserve had no weak spots. It exceeded our expectations and we will gladly come back one day. The personnel was very professional and hospitable throughout our whole stay. Every our request was promptly fulfilled. Can only recommend!

Amazing, premium service with your own personal concierge and upgraded amenities. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Madeira. I’ve been to many hotels around the globe and Savoy’s Spa is probably second to none, even when comparing to hotels in Dubai, LA etc

Hands down one of the best luxury hotel stays we have ever experienced! It was our first trip to Madeira and staying at the Reserve, and it truly exceeded expectations. We were greeted with a warm welcome from our host Roderigo, and every member of their crew we met, were all very kind, highly communicative, and helped us with all of our questions. The room and the view was unbelievable, the bed was insanely comfortable, and delicious food. If you are looking for a next level of luxury stay, we highly recommend experiencing the reserve! Thank you Rodrigo and team, we can't wait to stay with you again :)

A perfect location for our 25th anniversary trip. There is truly not a thing that you could want that the Reserve staff has not already thought of or that they are unable to get for you. Exceptional - almost indescribable - level of service surrounded by breathtaking beauty and comfort. Thank you for an amazing stay in your memorable hotel on the unique island of Madeira.

What a wonderful experience it was to stay at The Reserve. Their guest services are truly unmatched. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the team at The Reserve made sure we had everything we needed to have a smooth and relaxing trip. The Guest Experience and Personal Assistant (GEPA) was extremely helpful with all our needs, from restaurant recommendations and reservations to any last-minute needs in my room. They were very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were well-attended. The room was very spacious, the bed was so comfortable and the room offered a breathtaking view of Madeira and the Atlantic. I particularly enjoyed being able to watch the sunrise from my bed each morning—it was spectacular! Every day, the staff left a treat and it was beautifully laid out. In the morning, my latte always had a different design. It was all those little details that made our stay all the more special. I am looking forward to my return!

Truly Exceptional in every way . Service 10/10 Rooms 10/10 Facilities 10/10 Breakfast 10/10 Lacks amazing restaurants but really everything here blew me away . The best big hotel In the world for sure . I will be back soon and thanks to all the amazing staff who make this place so wonderful .
