El hotel es un hotel de lujo y no es un hotel de lujo. La primera noche me fui porque la puerta no se cerró, el bañón no se derramaba, el baño había moldeado en varios lugares, el tubo tenía cosas adhesivas en ella, no hay personal de escritorio delantero, el bañón era difícil de apagar porque era tan fácil, Muebles dañados con choddy, secador de pelo no funciona, la mesa delantera no tenía secadoras de pelo extra (era 3 grados fuera), techo tenía marcas de esparcimiento, no ropa de cama, sombras de lámparas de color, rosca de ventilador de baño que protruyeron al menos un pulgada, todo sucio, Compañía de servicios vacíos, lector de tarjetas Escocia grabado a la mesa delantera, no hay personal en la mesa delantera, teléfono de la mesa delantera no respondió, llamado ChoiceHotels (empresa madre) para quejarse y se prometió una llamada de vuelta en una hora de Adam el gerente (que fue hace 5 días) , intentando llegar a la mesa delantera de nuevo hoy y nadie respondió al teléfono, tuvo que obtener el nombre del gerente de ChoiceHotels porque la mesa delantera se negó a proporcionarla y no respondió de Agoto (agente de reserva de terceros - a pesar de una llamada prometida de una comida) se supone que esta es una experiencia de alto nivel según las descripciones de la propiedad de ChoiceHotels Ascend.
