We booked to stay here before a ferry crossing to Holland. The hotel is in a great location which makes it an easy morning especially having breakfast before going. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

The bed was very comfortable and the room great. We even had a bath which is very rare in a hotel room, but very welcome. We came so we could use the ferry, the terminal being five mins away. Overall good experience and we would use the hotel again. Note we didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food.

Good dependable hotel. You know what to expect. Good beds & sizable rooms. Full bath and shower. Coffee & tea. hairdryer. Friendly staff. Free parking. Very handy for before or after ferry travel. Restaurant simple pub fare but OK at reasonable prices.

The room had black mold in the bathroom and the TV didn't work there's no air conditioning and the window only opens slightly for safety reasons but makes for a poor night's sleep

It delivers on comfort, staff friendliness and cleanliness. It is ideally situated for the Ferry Port and is good value for money.

The menu choices for dinner need changing, been the same at Brewers Fayre for some time. Kitchen closing times need looking at, food finish at 9.00 on a Saturday seems very 1970's

Always book this hotel when we go on holiday in GB. Close to the ferry, good sleep on great beds. Good shower, nice friendly staff. Very convenient. We will stay again

Nice, clean, comfortable room with everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and plenty of tea and coffee available. Staff were amazing really friendly and helpful. Lovely lady called Eve who checked us in helped us get food delivered as due to delays we arrived too late for dinner.

Pleasant place to stay when visiting family in the area. What this place has over other local options is baths (proper enamel, with grab handles). Another plus: the windows open properly, which is a must since no-one wants a room without fresh air. Also plentiful parking. There’s not much within walking distance other than a retail park, but it’s a decent night’s sleep.
