The rooms look nothing like on the pictures. The area around the hotel does not look safe during night. Lobby was noisy and full of people. Hotel looked without care.

Very dated hotel and although it did need some renos, the cleaning staff did a great job of making the rooms clean and comfortable. don't expect the best service from front desk as they are all on the younger side but they are fine.
the basketball and tennis courts are really nice and we were satisfied. Manage your expectations, and it will be a decent value for your money.

The hotel was NOT what I was expecting. It is very eclectic with all the old TV's, record players, etc. But it is kept clean. The chef at the pool and the pool bar is awesome. I am not a fn of the cleaning staff entering my room and they do not have signs to hang on the door to say do not disturb. Also, twice the cleaning lady took out my used towels and didnt replace them and I had to stop at the front desk to ask for more. Thwy have a pool table in the lobby, oversized connect four game, a hammock and chaise lounge chairs outside. On weekends they have SEVERAL events so it is always lots of people walking around the hotel and the elevators are NOT key card activated. A couple blocks from the party is a very sketchy neighborhood and I do not recommend stopping at that 7-11 or getting anything in that plaza. Drive a few miles North or South if you need gas, snacks etc. Every staff person was extremely friendly. Overall our stay was good.

I wasn’t allowed to get a room because I had forgotten my drivers license and only had a copy of it on my cell phone after an 18 hour day of work I was left to find another hotel to stay and Hampton Inn, and La Quinta both were willing to take my copy Since there was no other alternative.
