The staff was friendly and helpful. It's not the best part of town but it's a decent room for the price. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean

I had a reservation for months, but when I showed up, there were no rooms available. The company had you sign in at the motel in front of it because it didn't have a lobby or anyone to talk to you.
The front and side doors were just propped open open. Many people lingering around.
Broken glass from broken car windows all over the back parking lot.
I could go on, but it's not worth my time. I locked my credit card immidiately to make sure they didn't charge me for the room they didn't have for me. I wouldn't put it past this company.... definitely gave me the feeling of a scam, whether purposely overbooking to make sure enough people actually stayed there or charging the people too offended by the property to stay there. Worst booking mistake I have ever made. I can't believe ******* even allows they to be on their website.

Horrible. The room I booked was not available. The bed had feces on it, and nothing was clean. Terrible experience.

we got a hot tub room and the hot tub did not work. The front office guy came down and was not able to fix it. He asked me to come up to the front to get partial payment returned to me. He saud he wasnt able to do it at the moment but he would leave a note so when i checked out in the morning the person working could process the refund. When I went to check out there was no note left so i did not get a refund.
