Travellers from Australia. Spent 2 nights at the lodge. Great rooms, particularly the comfy bed. Amazing pub food and delicious breakfast. The staff were brilliant particularly Laura who assisted us above and beyond after we couldn't get the Wi-Fi or TV working then locked out self out of the bathroom...one call to reception and up came Laura with the toolbox..this girl needs a promotion you have a diamond. Horrible experiencia de reserva horrible y servicio al cliente. Tenga cuidado de reservar una habitación y ser confirmado y mostrar y tener que decirle que no hay habitación. 💣 Viajamos por las montañas y reservamos una habitación a través de booking.com . Después de recibir correo electrónico de confirmación, llamó al hotel para confirmar la reserva antes de perder el señal telefónica que fue confirmado con el escritorio frontal, porque tenía un niño y era un fin de semana ocupado. Después de terminar el ciclismo y la cena a las 9:00 y nos dirigimos al hotel con mi familia listo para ingresar, la dama de escritorio nos dijo que nuestra reserva se canceló!!!!! ???? Front Desk dijo que nos enviaron un correo electrónico para confirmar la tarjeta de crédito en el archivo que ya habían introducido cuando reservamos la habitación, nunca recibimos el correo de ella ya que no estabamos en servicio en las montañas. No teníamos idea...👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Después de confirmar nuestra reserva por teléfono no tenía sentido que nuestra reserva fuera cancelada. ¿El personal del escritorio del frente nos dijo que había una persona caminando que le gustaba nuestra habitación justo antes de llegar , y el propietario le vendió la habitación 😡😡😡😡? El propietario había recibido nuestra reserva , nos habló después de la reserva . Ella tenía nuestro número de teléfono, pero decidió tomar medidas para cancelar nuestra habitación y enviarnos un correo electrónico para comunicarnos. La chica del frente se sentía mala y quería ayudar a la situación, luego se fue y llamó al propietario, supongo que ver una habitación que podría estar disponible, pero no sólo no nos ayudó, sino que también nos ordenó que dejara su propiedad. En este momento, sin lugar para ir a dormir con un 5 años de edad, no tenemos lugar para ir a dormir ya que todos los hoteles fueron reservados y vendidos o simplemente habríamos dejado y hallado otro hotel en los centros que querían nuestra empresa.
