Good clean rooms, nice pillows, mattress was good. Nothing over the top just a good stay. Would stay here again. Only comment would be that with your green initiatives I would have a look at changing out the toilets. Biggest use of water in the place. I know the one in our room (312) would never quite stop filling. Just a small thing on a good stay. Thanks again.

Came up for a night from Calgary to stay the night and wake up early for first trax.
Everything was perfect. Only minor 1st world prob issue was very low water pressure in shower. Lots at tap then goes way down on shower head.
Plus fluctuates hot/cold.
Needs more hamsters at the water wheel.
Beds were comfy, basic room but alls good otherwise.

This is a perfect ski hotel. The location is ideal and the free shuttle is a huge bonus. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The big hot tub was clean and so enjoyable after a long ski day. There were many extra amenities - fresh hot coffee all day, a large well equipped kitchen to cook meals if desired, free laundry access. And the room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the river. We will definitely return here when back in Fernie.

When we arrived room smelled bad. We kept the window open for a while and the smell disappeared. We stayed 2 nights. Plenty of parking. Close to town.

Nice-sized rooms. Quite enjoyed the cubby/counter furniture, which allows for easy luggage stowing. Very impressed with the energy efficiency of the hotel (elevator lights off until you get in, corridor lights dimmed or off when no one is present, etc.). Large parking lot that made parking a truck and trailer a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.
