If you are looking for a no-nonsense, affordable, clean hotel to stay in Chiang Mai, this is your choice. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The bathroom has hot shower with consistent temperature and the water pressure is good. Staff are polite and helpful. Air con worked well. The hotel provides gym, swimming pool, cafe on the second floor. There is plenty of parking space as well. You can pay 200THB upfront for an all-you-can-eat breakfast. No need to book in advance if you are not sure whether to have breakfast at the hotel. Go see what they offer and decide. However the desk height in the room didn't match the height of the chair, so if you will be using your laptop for some time, you might get a backache. If the hotel can replace the desk for those who will be working in the room, that would be awesome. Or you can work at the desk by the pool as well. The location is not in the center of Chiang Mai though, so you need transportation. Getting to central Chiang Mai would take 10-15 mins by car. Overall this is a perfect place to stay, I would come back here every time I'm in Chiang Mai.
