A 3 star hotel with bed full of bed bugs and refuse to acknowledge and deny refund. Room is dusty and smell mouldy. We left immediately! Good luck to next guest!

太差的酒店，太差的服務。法國的酒店不都這樣，也許就人的原因。 長住酒店幾個月，暫時離開兩週準備再回去住，但前台服務員説人不在不給收快遞也不給停車，我説是長住客，幾個月了，離開兩週多就回來繼續住，並且快遞衹是一個吹風機並不大。前台服務員態度很差很差説酒店規定。 所以，這公寓基本上住了就是沒有人做衞生、也沒有什麼服務，像這種暫時離開一下再回來住的客人，也更加沒有什麼暫存行李或者暫收快件的服務。 態度也很不好，退房的時候還要求客人把房間打掃的和入住的時候一樣，住過全世界酒店公寓太多了，這家公寓不知道是要求太高了，還是想省下客房服務的錢直接讓下一個客人入住呢？ 上圖給大家看看退房時候的情況，大家評評理。

It was close to the Amundi golf tournament.

A wonderful place to stay for the Amundi Evian Women's golf tournament. 400m from the entrance to the course, swimming pool, early breakfast and a wonderful lake view from my room. All of the staff were helpful and pleasant.

no air condition

The accommodation was a bit dated and would benefit from a facelift. However, it was very clean, spacious and well maintained. The room had a kitchenette which had enough equipment for guests to be able to prepare basic meals and keep food in a fridge. This came in handy, as the time of year we visited meant that not many places were open in the evening, so we bought food from nearby supermarkets and were able to cater for ourselves when we wanted. Due to Covid precautions, the room was not serviced every day, which is normal for most hotels these days I think. We do tend to keep things tidy so it wasn’t a problem for us, and if you did need anything, the reception staff were on hand. The reception desk isn’t open 24 hours a day, but unless there was a major emergency, I wouldn’t think this would be a problem. The location is a little out of the town centre and although it is walking distance (about 20 minutes) the return journey is up steep hills, so bear that in mind. We booked knowing this, so not a problem for us, and we had a car in any case. All in all, we were very happy with the hotel and enjoyed our stay. It was good value for money and served our purposes well. There are other places closer to the town if you don’t want the steep walk, but we would consider this hotel again, if we return to Evian in the future

Apparthotel sympathique et bien situé sur les hauteur d'Evian. Bien équipé et bien entretenu. Rien à dire.

Très bon séjour, superbe vue sur le lac Leman. Très bonne literie et le nécessaire pour se faire un repas.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis mit tollem Blick auf den „Lac Léman“. Sauber ,freundlich, alle vorhanden im Appartement. Frühstück auch top. Eigener Parkplatz und 5 min zum See oder Centrum. Einziger Minuspunkt man sieht der Einrichtung und den Gebäuden seine Jahre an. Kleine Renovierungen an der einen oder anderen Stelle würden helfen.
