酒店很乾淨，酒店前台很熱情。服務周到，酒店內設有餐廳，到晚上很晚，還有送餐到酒店房間服務，自助早餐大概10英鎊一位，比較實惠

Se registró rápidamente, la habitación era bonita y cómoda. El baño era de buen tamaño y el agua estaba agradable y caliente. Quedé muy contento con mi estadía, con cómo me trataron. Recomiendo encarecidamente aloj**** en este Premierinn.

Las habitaciones y los pasillos estaban insoportablemente calientes y todos los ventiladores estaban siendo utilizados por otros huéspedes. No pudimos dormir nada con el calor. El baño de la recepción/restaurante no tenía rollo de papel higiénico durante 2 días y cuando solicitamos a algunos nos dijeron que "no sabían dónde estaba", así que tuvimos que seguir subiendo a nuestra habitación en el quinto piso. La comida en el restaurante tardó más de 2 horas en llegar, por lo que terminaron entregando una pizza para mi hija que quería irse a dormir. Cuando llegamos a desayunar, era necesario rellenar todas las bebidas, no había cruasanes ni panqueques, absolutamente todo tenía que pedirse ya que no había tocino ni huevos listos en el buffet y terminamos comiendo por separado. La ubicación del hotel fue conveniente para nosotros.

This was hands down the best Premier Inn we have stayed at. Bibi was the staff at the reception and she couldn't do enough for us. She went above and beyond whilst juggling so many things at the same time without dropping any balls. She is definitely an asset to the team. She was ever so graceful, polite and had a warm smile throughout. The room was immaculate and the air conditioning worked really well. We will definitely come back again!

Clean comfortable hotel, convenient location .Also very nice helpful staff.My stay was good but my experience was badly soured by a parking ticket issued by CPM parking .I had apparently inadvertently parked in a non hotel bay in a shared parking area.Very easy to do as the parking area has similarly numbered bays and the signage is not good. The hotel are aware of this as are Premier Inn customer service They have received a number of complaints yet have done nothing to warn customers and improve signage. I did ask hotel management to contact CPM but was advised there is nothing they could do to void the ticket.

Its was great stay, room in good condition. Excellent service. Huge thanks for Masha and Sonila , really good girls, so friendly and nice. Give them donations, they deserve it. Dinner was delicious. Thanks for fast and nice service. We will be back anytime soon.

Excellent service from all the staff at Premier Inn London New Southgate Hotel. They epitomised good customer service in a way that should be celebrated. Special thanks must go to Bibi who managed to secure a last minute change to our booking requirements. The only suggestion that could improve customer confidence would be the ability to contact individual hotels confirming any changes as for me using the app or contacting central office does lead to misunderstandings.
