We had the most wonderful recent stay at Myconian Villas. Everything about the holiday was ideal. We were in the Lovers Suite, the room was perfect, double sofas, a table and a very comfortable King size bed. The suite also has its own pool, one that was great for cooling off in. Rooms were cleaned twice a day to perfection, chocolates delivered every evening, the only downside was the charges for the coffee pods and additional water. The facilities are absolutely first class. We ate in three of the the restaurants, one at Villas and two at Imperial. Cabbanes at the Villas was our go to. Excellent cuisine, with plenty of options for tasting the chef’s choice and also from the extensive menu. All of the food was first class, we ate both meat and fish options, all cooked to perfection. We also like to thank the restaurant staff here, they looked after us (and at breakfast too), and we tasted beautiful local red and white wines. The Pinot Noir being my favourite. The staff would do anything for you and always did this with a smile on their face. Thank you. We also ate at Celebrities restaurant and Sishu at Imperial. Celebrities again have plenty of choices, we had meat and fish options, both local and fresh. Sishu, was our secret favourite. The chicken dumplings for starters must be ordered, and again plenty of choice, rice and noodle dishes, sushi (of course), with the salmon roe cooked to perfection. All of the waiting and front of house staff were friendly, always with a smile and would do anything for you. The last mention is the bar staff at the Villas pool, along with the resident bar DJ. Great choices of drinks, quick service and always ready for a chat. The DJ played some great 80s classics along with some R&B, soulful and chill out tunes. Really nice to unwind after a day at the pool. Would recommend the free shuttle service to Mykonos Town. Regular times and always arrived on time. Prices in the hotel were slightly more expensive than outside the hotel but I’d expect that from a hotel that prides itself on 5 star service. Have not hesitated given this a 5 out of 5. Would we come back, oh yes, it’s a shame that there are too many people to thank for our stay to have all their names but hopefully they know who they are from our review.

I turned 30 at this hotel and it was perfect. Irena was my wife and I's first point of contact and we became quick friends on a first name basis. She remembered fine details about our stay including my birthday, our room number and coordinated dinner reservations, transportation etc. - she also remembered my birthday and sent fruit and Greek wine to my room. The place secluded from the epicenter of the island that is Mykonos Town (it is surrounded by small villages on mountainous terrain) but it has a magical quality that brings out the best in people. Angelos, the bartender is talented and engaging, we too became fast friends. Lastly i'd like to mention the Imperial Spa and the earth angel, Artemis. I was gifted a massage and facial on my birthday and Artemis gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. She was so grounded and connected, I was a brand new baby bird when I walked out. You should not stay here if you dislike soft Mediterranean air with a wide open sea view, twinkling cliff-sides, incredible food/drinks, huge bathtubs, verandas, giant pools with ocean views and very kind/accommodating staff. Esperamos las vacaciones de verano todo el año y luego por un error cometido por la estructura en cuestión, nuestras vacaciones en Mykonos se saltaron!!! El día 5 de agosto decidí enviar un correo a Elia para pedir un traslado que nos traiga del aeropuerto el día 7 de agosto, el día exacto de nuestra llegada a Mykonos. La respuesta que recibí fue ahogador ... “No hay reservas en su nombre”. Ahora imagina que tengo dos hijos de los cuales uno de los recién nacidos y que si no hubiera enviado ese correo, nos encontraríamos el 7 de agosto en la sala de Elia para oírnos pronunciar estas palabras... Envíe el correo enviado a Octubre con el Formulario, que proporcionan para la reserva, completo de todos mis datos necesarios para la reserva! Y también envié el correo de respuesta, que siempre salió de octubre, en el que me aseguró que estaba bien con la reserva y que pude entonces continuar con la compra de los billetes de avión!!!!! La respuesta que recibí hace tres días después de enviar estos viejos correos fue: “Lo siento mucho, ha habido un error por parte de nosotros, pero ahora no tenemos habitaciones disponibles y para disculparnos por lo que ha ocurrido, podemos encontrar una estructura alternativa a nuestra ...». Encontro todo esto absolutamente absurdo, olvidaron nuestra reserva y vendieron la habitación a otras personas!!! Si he optado por reservar 15 días de vacaciones en Elia tenía una serie de razones y estructuras alternativas que ellos proponen, con comentarios sobre TripAdvisor pesados como “Habitación desgustosa! ” No sé qué hacer ... Con dos niños pequeños de los cuales un bebé no puede ser flexible hasta ahora! Las estructuras que propusieron eran apartamentos o hoteles de categoría inferior y no tenían nada que ver con Elia; me habría gustado si me hubieran propuesto un hotel igual o de categoría superior a ellos y no se hubieran puesto con comentarios así ¡No puedo hacer nada de eso! Nuestros días de vacaciones en Mykonos han saltado porque fue imposible dos días antes de la salida, encontrar otro alojamiento que tenía los servicios que necesitamos; ¡Lo que pasó es realmente absurdo ... Pensen que si yo no hubiera enviado ese correo ... nos habríamos encontrado en nuestra llegada con 1 bebé y un bebé, sin una habitación donde dormir!!! Un hotel de 4 estrellas no puede cometer errores como éste!

En mi opinion se vende por encima de sus posibilidades, cierto es que en mikonos es cara la estància, todo en general, pero es de las veces que he pagado mas por una habitacion en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Nuestra eleccion fue una habitacion two rooms con piscina privada, y desayuno incluida, de entrada no estamos en el edificio que esta cerca de la playa sinó en un complejo a unos 200m montaña arriba con un mini bus que te subia y bajaba cuando querias, pero para el desayuno era algo incomodo, la segunda habitacion la cama es un sofa, tambien extraño para la categoria del hotel, la cama de la habitacion principal pequeña 1,35m, mal, los baños estan bien para 4 estrellas,y eso que es de lo mejor de la habitacion, solo te dan champo, gel y suavitzante Nada mas, solo tiene bañera, eso tampoco corresponden a un baño de 5 estrellas tiene que tener ducha aparte. Lo mas cachondo es la piscina privada que es compartida con otras habitaciones, y muy mal ubicada mirando al parcking, la terraza tambien la compartimos con el vecino., eso pasa en casi todas las habitaciones y la insonorizacion entre habitaciones no se ha tenido en cuenta El desayuno normalito porque un hotel de 5 estrellas los zumos no pueden ser de bote El gimnasio una pecera el spa no esta. Lo mejor las vistas del mar no la playa que casi no se ve por las cientos de hamacas que la inundan Se deberia ser mas estricto a la hora de calificar las estrellas de un hotel, este no es de 5 estrellas.
