A partir del principio de nuestra estancia, nos encontramos con personal muy amigable y un ambiente tranquilo. La habitación era limpia, tranquila y cómoda. Mi cuarto de baño tenía una ducha de guardia, que era grande para mí. Parece estar a 10 minutos de lo que necesites, y por eso hemos reservado este hotel. La cama estaba cómoda y la ventana se abrió, lo que era muy agradable. Las ofertas de desayuno eran pequeñas, pero tenían pan, waffles, yogurt y cereales. También había huevos abrasados, todo el día café, zumo y agua. Estaría aquí otra vez, pero no estaría en la misma habitación. El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay nada que puedas hacer. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que puedas hacer. No he comprobado la piscina, pero de las caras felices de los niños que vi en el ascensor periódicamente, creo que el flujo de agua y la piscina fueron un golpe.

Fui al hotel por tercera vez y todo estaba limpio y el personal se esforzó como siempre. Pero si se quiere usar Internet profesionalmente, es demasiado lento, especialmente en la parte trasera del edificio, esta vez hemos tenido fallos, y si se logra, el precio de la relación de rendimiento es cierto.

La ubicación es buena, viviendo dos noches, es que hay más vagabundos por debajo. Es difícil salir tarde, así que el hotel de almuerzo de la puerta tiene un estacionamiento gratuito, es más conveniente, caminar el día a la orilla del río es más cercano, es conveniente viajar, muchos hoteles cercanos

This was a lovely hotel, very clean and up to date. The front staff were very friendly and accommodating. The lounge however was atrocious. The man who was serving us was super friendly but got my friends dessert wrong and forgot mine. I wasn’t going to get one but he had suggested I try their sorbet which never came out. We didn’t mind as it was a debate between one dessert and the other so it didn’t matter and I wasn’t planning on getting one anyways. The thing that was probably the reason this hotel didn’t get 5 stars was the breakfast service. We specifically booked this hotel because the breakfast was included. The buffet was subpar so we didn’t have much on our plates. There were no servers for the first 20 min of us sitting down and no way to get any kind of drink ourselves. When they finally came out from wherever they were, we still didn’t get served drinks or checked on for at least 10 min. When we got our food, we were given a bill right away and told it was $33 each. (This is insane because they didn’t have much food anyways) We went to the front desk and they came with us to sort it out and talked to the waitress and when she came up to us, we asked her about the bill and she still said we had to pay so I went back to the front desk and they were very frustrated with this server as well. We ended up walking out of there. Westin edmonton lounge, do better.

Bueno, el personal de la cama y el servicio de la mesa delantera eran cordiales, la habitación era muy pequeña con una ventana extraña entre el bañón y la cama, el hielo especial grande que les alientan a ordenar no se adapta en ninguno de los cristales proporcionados en la habitación ...el servicio de la habitación era hit & miss ...The workout area was absolutely AMAZING though ...world class ... The lobby bar is quite crafty/cold in winter ...most everyone had their coats on ... the bartender was excellent! All in all not good value for your dollar ...

El hotel está un poco conocido, pero nuestra habitación era limpia y cómoda. El sistema AC funcionaba perfectamente, la cama era un sueño. En el sitio cubierto de estacionamiento era útil. El restaurante de desayuno de Cora está acompañado al hotel, que es otro ganador para mí. Si no necesitas fantasía, este es el lugar para quedarse. Rob en el Front Desk fue delicioso - amigable, divertido y útil! Reservaría un estancia aquí otra vez

La recepción de Chris fue muy amable y eficiente. Chris es un gran embajador para el hotel y te hace sentir bienvenido. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentra el hotel de 4 estrellas. La habitación es muy agradable, la habitación es muy limpia y la habitación es muy limpia. El hotel es ideal para las instalaciones del centro de la ciudad. El acceso es fácil y un personal muy bienvenido y invitado. Espero volver pronto.
