Staff were excellent at check in , reception area was clean and tidy. Rooms were clean and tidy, close to shops and restaurants. Buses run frequently into Edinburgh and the trams are close by.

Our room took away from the enjoyment of potentially good stay. Little to no sleep for two nights due to the room heat not dropping below 26.5 degrees. We were given two fans but they literally blew hot air around the room.

This hotel meets a general traveler's needs and expectations at a reasonable price. However, the adjacent restaurant, run by an affiliate, is mediocre.

The room was dirty and only one bed made up. The young man at reception was rude and unprofessional. We were told to go away and come back in 20 mins and a room would be ready. We came back an hour later and still no room ready. This was 6.45pm. Overpriced for the poor quality run down hotel and staff with bad attitude. If it wasn’t so late and I had an appointment then I would have left. Horribly expensive over £140 per night. Meant to be a cheaper hotel but obviously wasn’t. Very bad experience.

This hotel has a lovely setting only a short bus ride to the city centre. very clean and tidy. It was more expensive than most premiere inns but the whole city was even more costly!

Following previous bad experiences with other providers we always look for a Premier Inn these days and as always were very pleased with our experience at Leith Waterfont. Made welcome, a clean and comfortable room with everything we needed. The Meal Deals at the adjacent Brewers Fayre were really good and the meals excellent. Lived up to our high expectations for a hotel of this type.

The hotels room floor was dirty. The breakfast that was provided by brewers Fayre was ok, the clean plates were not clean it really put me off from having lunch or dinner there. I was definitely over charged for the room and food cause there was no high standards at all. Old fashion furnishings in the room,only shampoo, hand wash and cheap toilet paper provided.

We were sight seeing in Scotland. This was a lovely out of Edinburgh place. Situated on leith waterfront, gave us a relaxing atmosphere with a lovely view of the waterfront. Very good for a visit to Royal Yacht Britannia. Friendly staff, reasonable prices and most of all a brilliant nights sleep. Well worth the money
