Everything was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean and tidy, the receptionist was very nice and it was convenient to be only a few minutes away from the station and the city centre. Will definitely stay again if I come back to Glasgow next time. Would also recommend to other people reading this review.

A nice hotel with big room. I am delighted with this hotel, everything is available in the hotel. Hotel also very kind to extend checkout time by 30 mins.

The receptionist of the hotel staff told us when we checked in that the hotel did not provide complimentary shower gel and shampoo and told us that the shower gel and shampoo cost £1 each, we were very surprised by this as such an encounter was like nothing we had ever encountered in our lives. The bath was in a hygienic condition with water stains and a lot of stains on the drain, it didn't look like it had been cleaned carefully, my wife and I cleaned it again with a towel and sterilised it with a disinfectant before we dared to use it. The facilities were awful, and when we found out we couldn't use the TV to play youtube, we chose to use a USB stick to play the TV that we had downloaded in it. But no matter what we tried, the usb port on the TV just wouldn't read the usb stick. I suspected it was a problem with my USB stick, so I plugged the discs into my and my wife's computers separately - without exception they read successfully, indicating that it wasn't a problem with the USB stick. Frustrated, we connected to wifi, but the wifi bandwidth was very slow and the signal was poor.
