Very friendly and helpful host. Introduced Edinburgh to us and helped us carry our luggage. The price is very reasonable too

雖然離市中心有點距離但是tram很方便！旁邊就是西班牙簽證中心 蘇格蘭地區來遞簽的如果不着急回可以在這裏小住一下～
老闆人超級nice 我們早到了也給我們提前入住了
準備的食品飲料都超美味！環境超温馨🥲超喜歡！！下次有需要住愛寶還住這！！

Smooth check-in and check-out process. Friendly service. The room was clean and spacious, also well-equipped.
A good deal of restaurants near the Pillars. It's about 30mins walk to Waverley Station and city center
Overall, a pleasant stay!

Everything was good, including messaging Edna or Craig before or during our stay. Always helpful and prompt with replies.
The only negative I would mention is the breakfast packs included in the rooms...it would be nice for there to be some more included, and also to provide some very basics in the kitchen so guests can make cereal or toast for instance. But otherwise can't fault Pillars House at all

A lot of thought gone into the minor details like tissues ,hand sanitizer etc. hospitality tray had plenty of choice of biscuits & breakfast bars .Room comfortable & quiet

We were only there for one night and left early morning the next day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they were able to get us an additional room because an extra person had joined us, but it was disappointing that the main room we were given did not have a working shower (they were waiting on a part to come in).

Due to recent changes to layout I struggled to find entrance but reception told me to sit nearby in car and they sent someone to find me. That was really appreciated thank you.
