Nos quedamos aquí en diciembre de 2021 y seleccionamos este hotel por algunas razones; es la ubicación en relación a las autopistas/comercio/comedor y que fue entre algunas instalaciones médicas en las que teníamos aplicaciones. El hotel es un hotel muy nuevo, que puede verse desde el Hwy 53, que es fácil de iniciar y despegar. La habitación era muy espaciosa, como el baño. Ducha de paseo, con varios construidos en las cubiertas para tocador. Grande vanidad con un solo bañón. El hotel dispone de café, microondas y refrigerador. Caja fuerte para acostar artículos con plancha de hierro/hierro. Extensa selección de televisión. Las habitaciones en la parte trasera del hotel tienen una pequeña zona de estacionamiento y colina - por lo que no hay ruido desde la parte trasera. El desayuno de servicio personal del hotel fue bastante suficiente, especialmente teniendo en cuenta las restricciones de la COVID; incluyendo waffles/panquetes, patatas de salsa, comida de ovejas con fijaciones, cereales, yogurt, cafés, selección de té y selección de jugo. Nos encontramos en la calle y en la noche de hoy nos encontramos muy tranquilos. Pequeño ”magazino” en el lobby junto a la recepción para comprar artículos de snack/bebidas.

El precio es un poco costoso en esta zona, pero incluye un estacionamiento gratuito. La comida del hotel es buena. La ubicación es también buena, justo en la zona central. El entorno es bueno, y hay una buena comida tailandesa al otro lado.

Negative feedback is because of how the charges were handled. A deer hit our car on the highway, totaling our vehicle and leaving my wife and I and our small beagle very shaken up. We checked in at 4am after being dropped off by a tow truck. The staff at the time were extremely generous and kind, and assured me that the cost of the room was $108. Cost was a concern, given the costs we were incurring due to the accident. The next morning the final bill was over 150. Taxes were added, which is understandable but should have been communicated, and there was a thirty dollar per fee added which I was never told about nor informed about prior to checking in. We could have found another pet friendly hotel in eau Claire. Then when I asked the front desk if there was anything that could be done, we were trying to save money weren’t told about the charge, I had signed a document confirming the 108 rate, and shared about the accident and situation, the front desk staff then just looked at me and blankly muttered that there was a deep cleaning fee. I understand a cleaning fee for animals but this should have been communicated clearly. We were also in the room for only about 6 hours total. Also I was disappointed with the lack of empathy and frankly, people skills, displayed by the front desk staff at around 9am on 5/29. The woman at the front desk at 4am that morning was far warmer, understanding, and effective. Although she should have fully explained the pet charge as well. While the room was clean and other amenities acceptable, I will think twice about booking at another best western.

No es el lugar ideal para personas que esperan mucho equipamiento, pero no he tenido ninguna duda en recomendar este lugar a un viajero que sólo busca un lugar para atrapar un descanso después de un largo día de conducción.
