酒店位置不錯，下高速既是，距離杜克大學非常近，開車2英里左右即到，酒店周邊餐飲方便，加油站就在酒店對面，加油方便

Took awhile to check in because system was down but not fault of staff. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast not up to standard of other comfort inns.

My bathroom was not so clean and the sheets on my bed was dirty also I had to get them to change them

Constant updates. We stayed on newly rennovated room this time with beautiful walk-in shower. The bethroom was gorgeous. Nothing cheap about it. Beds have 4 pillows each to pick the softer or firmer. Very clean. Coffee 24/7. My mother and I always stay here when having an early morning visit to Duke Med. ECELLENT.

My family and had a very great experience with this hotel. The guest services lady was very nice and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the bedding. Overall just a great experience.

IN MY ROOM I HAD TO PUT THE HOSE BACK ON THE TOILET. MY SISTERS ROOM THE SHOWER/TUB WAS WORKING SLOW WITH WATER IN THE TUB AS SHE WAS SHOWERING.
I HAVE STAYED HERE BEFORE WITH NO ISSUES. MAYBE IT WAS JUST A BAD WEEKEND FOR THEM.

The location is right off of the interstate highway. Near many food choices. The staff was friendly. The hotel shows it's age and l believe renovations are taking place.
