While booking online , it looks so nice However once you reach reception The desaster starts from here: First : The time i faced i reception , the indian receptionist , didn't welcome me at all , he didn't say anything , check you cameras ,he is not good , looks rude The arabic lady , is respectful but the issue they let me waited for 5 min maybe and they are talking about their work and they forgot my check-in , i was just nervous and nothing to say I don't and never advise this hotel Bathroom is very very dirty Dirty walls You can hear the neighbours from other rooms like in the street The bellboy upon check in went with me inside the room , he didn't want to go outisde , until i opened the door for him , this is like begging for tips , what is this!!!! My check-in was like in the street No respect , no importance to cutomers Where is the managment of this hotel!!!? Your staff needs training , they are talking about their issues and they leave customer waiting Cleaning zero , the only this i like is the TV which is smart In the Reception ,everyone is inside , not presentable The cutomers IDs printed in every check in and they put it on the reception counter , everyone can see that which is not safe and confidential I will never stay their again Unadvisable that on how to greet customers which is good for your hotel
