Llegó a la noche y recibió una persona que actuaba extrañamente (en realidad era el receptor), comprobó mi reserva y dijo que se canceló, y potencialmente lo cancelé (si cancelo la reserva no apareceré tarde a la noche y pediría mi habitación, El hotel se encuentra en una habitación de 2 personas y sólo una toalla, y fue tan tarde que no nos molestó ir abajo para otra toalla. A continuación, para el desayuno, de nuevo no hay reservas cuando ya se pagó ... Sus sistemas parecen un poco defectuosos y su personal no es el más amigable del mundo, pero usted obtiene lo que pagó.

Clean, unpretentious hotel in a perfect location for a stopover on your way to or from the UK towards south west France. Patrice is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, the fittings appear to be good quality, the room was large, the bed was comfortable, the buffet breakfast was very good and served in a nice bright room. It ticks all the boxes for a stopover. We would stay there again. There are three restaurants almost next door, but if you want a good evening meal you have to get in the car and drive to the city centre (5 minutes)

We have stayed here a few times and found the room to the usual satisfactory standard and a reasonable restaurant service. On this occasion we arrived to find no restaurant service in spite of it being featured on their website. Reception was looked after by a scruffy and unhelpful chap who advised that for eating we had to drive to the town centre but he didn’t offer any guidance. As it was a Sunday evening, there were no restaurants open so we went without any food. No advice given in advance that the Campanile restaurant was closed on Sundays even though we had meals available on previous visits. We will not be using this hotel again.

Inicio perfecto, habitación limpia y bien equipada, sala de agua pequeña pero bien equipada. No hay daños acústicos. El desayuno servido en forma de buffet de voluntad está bien garnida !! hermosa variedad de viñedos, pan ..... etc salado o azúcar. No se puede esperar una prestación 4* en un 2* !!! como algunos comentarios anteriores !!!
