Todo es bueno, ambiente, servicio, instalaciones, pero para el viajero libre, el transporte no es conveniente a menos que no le importe entrar y salir. La estación de metro tarda entre veinte minutos y media hora. La madrugada es muy cara y no tiene nada, unos 300 yuanes. Hotel más adecuado para los tiranos locales.

Está lleno de aliento de Navidad. Me gusta el color de la fuerza de choque como la figura 2. La figura 3 tiene alguna sensación de que está en vacaciones. En este momento, se siente mejor en Doha. We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights for family to attend the AFC finals. The main reason behind this choice was the cowvineniat location 10 min from the final stadium and the claimed 24 hr mall(which turned to be a hypermarket, no even pharmacy or atm machine). We arrived around 17.30 which should be convenient time for check in. But the reception had only 1 receptionist who was thriving to assist everyone, which was too hard. Later on she had Nisreen who attended us and was trying to allocate our twin preferred rooms. She was so nice altough too much pressurized by the demand of guests unlike Hamza who was so rigid in dealing with us. At last we got 2 rooms one with king and 1 ready twin and other was collected after 1 hour. Strangely, due to the structure of the hotel, the higher you go the smaller your room became 🙈i totally understand that if the view shall compensate but unfortunately due the steel design it does not at all. So i ended up with small king room and obstructed view. I was fine due to the quick stay and high demand. Morning i found out there was no hot water in the shower !!! Here it really comes on my nervous. I called requesting room change and was promised this shall take place at noon. Breakfast in the hotel is too normal. Nothing to highlight. I packed up so they can transfer my luggage to the new room and came back around 15.15!! And apparently no one had any action toward my demand. Nisreen again was so nice to assist me and get me another nicer room with a working shower! And she accompanied me to the room ensuring everything is fine and had complimentary cake and fruit to us too. She is the only person who seems to care about the guest impression about the hotel. Finally we settled in, rooms are generally specious don’t get higher floors. Acceptable cleaning level. Soundproofing is too bad! I could hear the noise in the street and corridor. We can hear other rooms through the joining door too! Bathroom is specious with generous amenities. In room dining is affordable but low quality. We tried kids sliders, pasta and mozerlla sticks were not that good. Pizza was fine. Checking out was easy.

We celebrated my husband's birthday at this hotel. They were able to arrange something in our room; they surprised my husband with balloons and a very delicious cake, and of course they also provided something for my daughter; it was a very cute tent, and she was really amazed. Our room was so elegant and nice, with a nice view. As for the hotel's services, they were simply amazing. From the time we checked in, Prosper was really accommodating to us, and even Viveka, Kristel, Cef, and Suhaila made our stay so comfortable. We were treated really well. The Ritz Kids Club was also amazing; my daughter wanted to stay there as much as she could. Of course, who wouldn't love it when the kids can get marshmallows, cookies, cakes, and gummy bears as much as they want, but of course with supervision as well. They have so many activities for kids. But what we love the most are the swimming pools and the beach; it was really nice and relaxing. To sum it up, we had a really fantastic time in this hotel, which is probably the best hotel we have stayed in so far. We will surely come back.

Me alojé en el hotel Kempinski por tres noches y experimenté una montaña rusa desde la ira hasta la comodidad. Antes de ir, reservé una habitación doble con vista perla con nostalgia. Espero disfrutar de la verdadera belleza de Pearl Island. Cuando entré a la habitación, descubrí que había gastado mucho dinero en el balcón y el balcón se convirtió en una habitación con vista a la pared. Después de discutir razonablemente con la recepción, cambié una habitación para mí. Antes de acostarme, descubrí que las luces del baño estaban rotas y la puerta rota. Así que estaba completamente decepcionado, ya no me atrevía a confiar en Kempinski, solo quería hacer el check out y cambiarme a un hotel. Me encontré con el gerente del hotel Omar durante otra pelea con la recepción a las 12 en punto en medio de la noche, me cambió de suite y el resultado fue bastante gratificante. Pero pensando en la experiencia anterior, estaba dando vueltas y cambiándome con mi hijo arrastrando una maleta. La actitud de este hotel hacia los huéspedes chinos es obvia. ¡No me veas nunca, Kempinski!

Me encanto el hotel porque tiene muy dina decoración, los cuartos son amplios y muy limpios y el personal es exquisito. Están atentos a todos los detalles y hacen la estadía muy satisfactoria. La ubicación está entre el centro de la ciudad y el aeropuerto lo cual resulta muy conveniente El Spa y la piscina son grandes y con suficiente sombra para no sufrir golpes de calor.

Un hotel con un concepto muy bueno, con 5 restaurantes dentro, excelente atención del personal, en especial de la señorita Candela Anaya quien fué muy amable con nosotros y nos ayudó a agilizar el check out y nuestro desayuno. Un gran concepto de hotel, definitivamente volvería.
