Siendo miembro PLATINUM de ALL ACCOR no tuvieron ninguna referencia. Me alojé una noche. Solicité la consumición de bienvenida y me dijeron que me la daban al día siguiente (que graciosos, después del desayuno y de hacer el checkout) y al final no me la dieron. No hubo ninguna referencia más como en otros hoteles (como un detalle de fruta, un mensaje personalizado de bienvenida), etc... Además me querian cobrar unos 225€ en lugar de 150€ como estaba en mi reserva. Tuve que mandarles mi email de confirmación para que me devolvieran la diferencia. Y todo esto, pues una hora de conversaciones perdidas con recepción. Del resto, no tengo ganas de comentar. Si eres miembro de ALL ACCOR, no vayas porque no tendrás ningún beneficio extra.

En primer lugar, en la recepción, le agradezco las ayudas al señor Ömer, y en la cocina, la señora Berchem y el servicio, Huseyin, que hizo su trabajo de bienvenida a la risa, me impresionó mucho, y el desayuno único que se puede acoger en la familia y más. Escribo muchas cosas que no puedo contar como un turista. Es un buen servicio de calidad y un buen precio.

La ubicación en el mapa parece un poco remota, pero de hecho, se tarda solo 10 minutos en caminar hasta la ciudad vieja, el museo, el campamento militar y el área del hospital. Se siente muy seguro, y lo más importante es la tranquilidad, ¡que no afecta el sueño!

Esta mañana, me dio la oportunidad de compartir mi placer con el calor, me convirtió en mi único lugar después de salir de Diyarbakir, desde el dueño del hotel hasta el personal de limpieza, todos muy ridículos y amables, y eso es lo más importante para mí. Se siente en su casa, tanto en la higiene como en la seguridad, a la distancia de caminar a los mejores puntos históricos de la diarbakir, puedes tener los ojos cerrados, gracias de nuevo a la familia de New Garden, y volver a verte en agosto.
