Hotel Aquatel

The people by the reception were friendly. The room had a nice balcony. But the beds are only 80 cm which is to small for adults, the light from the hall came under the door (which made an noice opening and closing) and lightened up de room. There was nothing to hang up your towels. We made the appoin**ent that we would get help to carry our suitcases from the stairs as my husband is 86 and I don't have much strength. They would come 10.00 next morning. (You have to leave the room at 10.00. Usually 11.00) We had to put the keys in a box befor breakfast. When we went to the reception after breakfast the hotel was closed and when you try to phone them they said you have to book at the website.so we stood there in the rain. Our suitcases in the room, no key and nobody there. We went to the neighbour who sells tickets for the kano trips. She called them and there came 2 ladies who helped us.

Check-in closed at 9pm. We were planning to arrive after 9pm but there was no way to contact the hotel to let them know as their phone number leads to a dead line after you choose the English option. We arrived at the hotel and the front reception and door were closed. We spent the night in the car as we had no other option.

Les oreiller sont les plus moelleux que j' ai connu magnifique semaine à Dinant on reviendra c était super on a bien profité du séjour c est un super endroit on a fait beaucoup de photos avec ma fille et son amie

Un seul ventilateur pour toute une famille, des insectes partout dès qu’on ouvre les fenêtres déjà cassée :( Le réceptionniste est gentil mais ne peut rien faire car job de vacances visiblement, Bref la cata

Le personnel n'est pas très accueillant ni même très sympathique nous avons dû attendre 15 minutes dehors avant qu'on ne vienne nous ouvrir la porte. Il y a bien un numéro de téléphone à appeler si la porte fermée néanmoins on tombe à chaque fois sur une messagerie. Il me semble qu'un hôtel sert à héberger des personnes donc je trouve ça anormal de les faire attendre dehors dans le froid nous avons bien compris que cet hôtel était plus axé sur le tourisme alors je suggère de le fermer en hiver quand il n'y a personne.

Accueil excellent. Tranquille et confortable.
