Hotel Esra and Family Suites - All Inclusive

Just returned from our first visit to Hotel Esra…. We had a great time and the location is good with only a short walk to the beach or dolphin square and the shops, just a few things… sunbeds are reserved early every morning!! we never struggled for a sunbed round the main pool cause we just asked the pool lads to put us 3 beds out where there was space! If you aren’t a fussy eater you will be fine but the food did get repetitive over the week, it was always hot and fresh and changed often on service but this was the only let down for us! The rooms were big, clean and fresh towels and beds made daily 😊 Hair dryer provided, mini shampoo and shower gels left in the room if needed. what made this hotel was the staff they were friendly and so helpful if they didn’t understand they would fetch someone who would help. The entertainment team where none stop from when they started to finish and then even stopped for a chat! All the shops and bars took lira, pound and euro but preferred pound in my opinion. There was lots of families that have returned to this hotel year after year…. Just go with an open mind and you’ll have a great time!!

2nd stay here and very happy with accomodation food staff and entertainment, very friendly and great for families or couples. Would 100% without hesitation book again. If you have any problems or issues management deal with them quickly and effectively and are very accommodating.

The values ​​of the hotel do not match human values. I am a businessman who deals with tourism myself. I have had the opportunity to stay in many high-end hotels for years. There are pros and cons in every hotel, but what is unacceptable are the attitudes and intentions. I think this hotel is saturated with customers and can ignore the demands and needs of its customers.. What happened to me, which is very rare to experience in a hotel, was that I was going to leave my family on holiday at the hotel and continue to the basement to pay a condolence visit to a friend whose wife passed away. It was exactly noon. I was tired and had a headache due to hunger because I had been driving for a long time. I was not going to stay by myself, but I wanted to rest for about 1-2 hours. I wanted to buy a paid lunch to spend time with my family. I was turned down with a very clear statement. This is a clear disappointment. It is humiliating that a business is managed so far from human values. If you are concerned about your pride and dignity, you may be at risk at any time in this hotel. ..if pride and honor are not important to you, you can also focus on the cheap price, of course it's up to you..

From start to finish this has been the best holiday to date and is definitely a holiday destination I will regularly visit with multiple family and friends, the atmosphere is amazing, entertainment was fantastic, the food was absolutely brilliant, and the surrounding markets restaurants shops, boat trips and fun fair rides within walking distance is a must have holiday.. also got a tattoo in the complex very own studio Poseidon ink, better than I’ve ever experienced here in the uk. If your looking for a fantastic holiday with family and friends please stay here you won’t regret it.

Great place, two nice swimming pools and a third one with slides, large selection of food and drinks, friendly and helpful staff and an amazing entertainment team with incredible Ozzy, Great place for a family holiday, I recommend it with all my heart and don't be influenced by unfavorable opinions, some people just expect too much from a 3-star hotel... yes, additional activities are paid, but if you don't want to take part, no one is forcing you... I played football with my two sons, 1000tl for the three of us, which is about £25 for 3 people not £20 per person, so why to write something that is not truth,we were aware about the price, so it was up to us whether we wanted to pay and play... a very nice match by the way and a form of integration with the staff and other guests... obviously, everyone has different expectations, but we are very satisfied and we highly recommend that place ❤

Had a fantastic hoilday great food entertainment team were fantastic all the staff lovely verry friendly and talk to you great bar staff and cleaners were very good will definitely come back ann the rep from Belfast was very helpful had lots of laughs and can't thank entertainment staff made us laugh also great shows at night to watch 😀 😊

We picked this hotel due to the fantastic reviews.Unfortunately although some was correct like the staff and rooms spotlessly clean that is were it stops. Food was cold not microwave little choice but they did try on a Sunday to do a roast so fair play. They are all for money as another review said which is unfair when most families have 2 plus children so can be very expensive. Ice cream 2pm fot 1 hour which was nice but no ice cream or lollies for children any other time. Only 2 cocktails others you have to pay appreciate 800tlr depending on which one. Could not get a coffee tea juice after 11pm as they turn machines off so even if you pay for a Malibu and you wanted pineapple forget it. Kids club 9.30 after the main show, when I asked why they said because dinner finishes at 9.00pm. Entertainment hit and miss and cancelled at last minute and replaced with karaoke which most people just left. Make you own minds up but please don't right positive reviews because the staff play on you heart strings by saying bad reviews could lose their jobs as this is not fair on the people going and paying good money. Looking forward to reading true reviews in the future.

Family just arrived back after a stay at this Hotel I am writing this review as I can’t believe the great reviews this place is getting other than the fact everyone in our party was asked to write good reviews by staff. This is my opinion you can pay the money we paid which was a lot and make your own mind up food and drink score 3/10 Luke warm at best even after coming out from the kitchen we have been to lots of all inclusive holidays and understand what to expect from the food wise but this was really poor quality just as a bit of advice put microwaves in the restaurant at least you could heat it up. Entertainment all mixed up kids club coming on after acts didn’t make sense then 5 or 6 birdie song etc then Karaoke to which was all kids most people left when it was mentioned , acts that should of been on changed last minute so 3/10. Then £15 to play bingo per person with only 15% paid out. kids T shirt painting £15 try telling your kid once they are sitting at the table they can’t do it once you find out the price.£20. to play football staff go around asking if your would like to play adult football at 11pm after you have a drink then tell you when you turn up £20 to play per person seems everything they do is around money just a after thought don’t even ask for a tea bag after 11pm unless you are willing to pay for it 2/10.Rooms not bad internet is good in some rooms not in others cleaned everyday with clean towels 8/10 staff overall 5/10 and if you go across the road to the sky bar take lots of cash had cheaper nights out in London would we go back to this hotel not even if it was free will we go back to Turkey maybe but not for a couple of years.
