"Checked in few hours back. We booked for 2 adults + 2 kids however given 1 king and 1 single bed. No towel, when we asked for bathroom towels, we were given small ones with an excuse that they could not find any other. Cleanliness is terrible. Room smells disgustingly smoking. Currently could not find any other alternative hence have to stay here. Paid 260 euro for 2 nights which is overpriced for the condition of the room. Photos are fully misleading."

"We are currently staying at Akra Didim and are having a fantastic holiday. The hotel is beautiful, but what has really made our stay so special is the outstanding service from the Adult bar staff, especially Engin roller skates our drinks, Efe and Bodutan. Every member of the bar team is friendly, welcoming and incredibly hardworking. They are always smiling, even when they’re busy, and nothing is ever too much trouble. A special mention has to go to Engin, who delivers our drinks to our sunbeds every day on his roller skates! He is always cheerful, professional and attentive, remembers what we like, and regularly checks that we have everything we need. We would also like to thank Efe and Bodutan, who are fantastic bartenders. They are always friendly, make excellent drinks, and create such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Their hard work, professionalism and warm personalities have really enhanced our holiday. We still have three days left of our stay and are already so impressed with the level of service we’ve received. A huge thank you to Engin, Efe, Bodutan and the entire bar team. They are a real credit to Akra Didim, and their exceptional service is one of the main reasons we would love to return."

"There is so much I could write for this review and all very positive. However, I shall keep it short because there was simply nothing negative to say, just a very positive experience. It was short notice I booked in here, having friends already there. I had originally booked into another hotel for which I shall nothing, as there was nothing good to say about it. Arriving at Akesl Butik, the friendly staff, the welcome & how clean and comfortable the hotel was made up for everything. If anyone has any reservations of booking in here, in my own personal experience, cast aside doubts. One of the best hotels in the area & having lived in Didim/Altinkum for 3 years in the past, I do know many hotels in the area."

La playa era hermosa, 4 piscinas diferentes para elegir, gimnasio primera clase - honestamente no podía echarse de menos este hotel o estadía. En un hotel, por lo general, hay una especie de recepcionista que le dice que puede o no puede hacer algo - esto no fue así en absoluto. Todos y todo fue espectacular! ¡Estaremos de vuelta este año!"

"Where do I start? 1. Village family room is tiny. No storage at all for clothes. As a family of 4, we lived out of our bags for a week. 2. Housekeeping are great - they come daily, but only fill up the fridge once during your stay. 3. Main buffet restaurant is chaos - no other word for it. Too busy with no system in place to manage queues and just so many people charging and barging past. Genuinely feared for my 6 year old being stampeded on at one point. 4. Food is the same every night and most of it is bland. 5. The Italian à la carte restaurant is genuinely worse than the main buffet. Menu is very small and not at all child friendly, which is surprising for a supposedly family oriented hotel. 6. Again, chaos to find a sunbed. Signs everywhere to say any beds reserved before 8:30am will be dealt with - towels will be removed. In the week we were here in July, this was not enforced. 7. The waterpark is brilliant for the kids. We didn’t try and get a sunbed there as there weren’t that many when we went down compared to other areas. The few times we went down, some of the slides were closed due to the wind. 8. The beach is not sand - just bear in mind that swim shoes will be needed due to stones. 9. If you want to go to an evening show (starting at 9:30pm), you need to get there about an hour before to get a table at peak times. 10. It’s great that there are small pools dotted about. It has a village vibe which is a good layout. We had two days out of the hotel and they were the best days we had. We had a good time, but we made do with what we had. I would not spend another few grand coming back here again though."

"Staff & aninimation are brilliant cant do enough for you. Rooms were clean and the hotel Staff are always cleaning everything! So much food choice. Nuggets and chips in the day round the pool. Pasta, rice & chips for the evening for kids who are fussy like ours. Free shuttle to the beach from hotel every 20 minutes from 8.30 - 21.30 and the pool at the beach is great with 4 slides the kids loved it. And still get all your food and drinks included."
