Team Headed by Rohit Chaudhary.Rohitji was just about everywhere having a solution for everything . Arvind , Vikesh Deshmukh and all. Very polite , courteous staff . Kids had a great time . Food was good . Had a great experience overall *A ramp for senior citizen going to spa area suggested by us .

The hotel and resort was so good and staff of reception and kitchen were very excellent.The location of resort and rooms , food was very good. Specially thanks Krishna ji and Ashish ji vikesh ji they are very helpful till morning to evening they stand for service good job 👌

The facilities at the Resort were awesome,but I was quite disappoint with the dimly lights in room. Food was awesome, swimming pool is amazing to chill. Staff was quite helpful and especially the ***ager Mr. Rohit Chaudhary, he's such a gentle*** and always ready to help. Special thanks to Mr. Chaudhary for making our trip so special and memorable one . I highly recommend this place to stay and spend at least 2- 3 days to experience their kind hospitality. Visit you back soon.

The facilities at the resort were excellent, but what truly stood out was the hospitality of every staff member, from the ***ager, Mr. Rohit, to the front office staff, to the restaurant servers. I would especially like to commend Mr. Rohit for the extra efforts he took to ensure that our stay was an exceptional experience. His dedication and attention to detail made our visit truly memorable.

Superb hospitality and trea**ent by Mr Rohit and his team. Starting from chk in till the chk out all the staff was helpfull and supportive. Food was awesome...specially the deserts after dinner. Loved the In house pet Sheru. The safaris were well arranged

We stayed at WelcomHeritage jungle home for 3 nights. To begin with I personally thought that the place was not quite as grand as an ITC property. But then staying there for 3 nights made me realise the effort that goes into running a property of this size and amenities. During our stay we wished to pamper ourselves to a luxurious meal spread and decided to book a meal at the Taj bagvan resort. Much to our surprise, we concluded that the buffet spread at WelcomHeritage jungle home was thrice as much. It is then we realise the effort it takes for the upkeep of this property with limited resources around a forest area like pench. Jungle home had activities for kids, our kids enjoyed pottery during our stay. The rooms are good size, with a rustic jungle ambience. I only found the rooms to be very dimly lit, which I don't appreciate much. Other than that 1 point, I wouldn't complain about anything else in the room. The restaurant has a good vibe, extremely helpful and cheerful staff, always asking if we could be served or if we needed any assistance. Our package included all meals ***** with our stay. The food was simple yet delicious, though the desserts would definitely need improvement. Most important was the *** behind it all, Mr. Rohit, the GM of the hotel, always around the property with his welcoming smile and willingness to assist all the guests with even the smallest of needs. It is such people that make us overlook tiny flaws and thoroughly enjoy a memorable stay. He also offered to host a ro***tic dinner for us on a machan, but it had to be cancelled because of sudden unseasonal rains. Also a big thank you for the sumptuous breakfast that accompanied us during our safari. But then Mr. Rohit had an ace up his sleeve, he arranged for a very beautiful candlelight dinner for us all as a surprise. Now that's how you win over your guests. Overall a place that I would recommend for someone who wishes to have a relaxed stay without much of the super-luxurious fuss. We thank the entire staff and Mr. Rohit in particular for making our stay a memorable one. Hope to stay at Jungle Home again.

It was an outstanding stay at Welcome heritage, start from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, every interaction was a delight. ..Special thanks to Mr. Rohit to his professionalism and friendliness !

It was the best weekend getaway i ever had. The hospitality is top notch and Mr.Rohit made it extra special by his kindness. Really worth it. Must visit🌸🦋🤌 The vibe is very nice and overall ambience is really refreshing. Greenery everywhere 💚 would be visiting again soon🌸

Excellent place for family and close to Turiya gate. Clean rooms, good food & decent swimming pool in that price. Close to Turiya village. Rohit Chaudhary was especially helpful in accommodating our request. I had ridden on my motorcycle & he was kind enough to pack additional food for me on my return.
