We booked a 2 queen bed and upon check in they didnt tell us they were over booked and put us in a room with 1 king bed for 4 adults plus when we checked in they took all 4 of our names so they clearly knew there were 4 adults in the room and they would do nothing for us

The hotel was very basic but the location makes up for it. Some staff were fantastic (bell hops) but check-in was not a great experience. Staff was short and seemed very annoyed with assisting us.

Our stay was nice, our room was clean and we had a great view of the city. However, the water in the shower got warm, but not hot. I was ready for a nice hot shower but was very let down. Also, the walls are so thin, you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing.

Room was not clean, stains on the bed. Steamer didn’t work and we called two days in a row to get a new one and it never came. I will not return to this hotel.

We found the staff polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was close to restaurants and the people mover. We enjoy this weekend every year and we had had some bad experiences at other hotels. The stay at this hotel added to enjoyment of this weekend. We will be back.

No hot water for a shower at 10am, no fitted sheet on the bed. Staff was nice, but the check in process was a bit long.
