Tuvimos que hospedarnos en el Ritz ya que el Four Seasons estaba en remodelación en un viaje de esquiar para festejar el cumple de mi hijo, y todo iba perfecto, la habitación estupenda, el servicio, pero el staff del hotel nos recomendó el Elway’s ubicado adentro el hotel para festejar mencionando que era el mejor restaurante en Denver, ahí empezó la mala experiencia, llegamos a la hora exacta de la reserva ya que por el tema de Covid pensamos que respetarían las horas por el tema de afluencia a los restaurantes y más aún siendo huéspedes del hotel, grave error, hacen lo que quieren a la hora que quieren aunque tengas reservación, con un niño de 10 años la hostess nos asignó un lugar en el BAR 15 minutos después de la hora prevista argumentando que no tenía mesas disponibles, entonces cuál es el caso de hacer una reserva, pasado un tiempo inadecuado y con una concentración sin sana distancia en la recepción del restaurante fuimos a hablar con alguien de la recepción del hotel que se identificó como “Kevin” a quien le dijimos que cenaríamos en nuestra habitación y que no pagaríamos el 22% del servicio a la habitación más $6.00 usd por entrega a lo que él contesto que no nos preocupáramos que ellos se harían cargo de toda la cena. Gran mentira, nos fuimos a la habitación, ordenamos de cenar, nos mal enviaron la cena y cuando dijimos al mesero que no firmaría la cuenta ya que esta cena era en cortesía del RC curiosamente recibimos una llamada de una supuesta asistente de gerente o gerente en turno, por el tema de no querer reconocer lo que su compañero se había comprometido minutos antes. Su actitud fue por de más agresiva, grosera y falta de profesionalismo y llegó a tal extremo la Señorita Ashley Castillo que nos amenazo y llego a nuestra habitación con un guardia de seguridad. Si como lo digo, nos amenazo frente a mi hijo de 10 años con sacarnos del hotel por que ellos no querían respetar lo que había acordado el joven antes mencionado, es increíble que un hotel de está supuesta categoría haga esto y tengan este tipo de empleados. He de decir que lamentablemente la experiencia del Ritz Cartón Denver fue terrible y más que se trató de cumpleaños de mi hijo. Es lamentable que no se respeten entre empleados, ósea lo que dice uno el otro no lo respeta y lo más triste es que el Gerente General no tiene ni idea de las cosas que pasan y cuando se entere de esto a través de esta crítica solamente se limitará a decir que pena, pero de la mala experiencia nada. En fin RC Denver no es una buena opción mucho nombre y poca calidad y el Restaurante Elway’s es malísimo, si lo pueden evitar háganlo y busquen cadenas de conocido prestigio como Morton’s, Capital Grille, etc. Escribo esto estando en el Hotel, por que después de mis argumentos la gerente no tuvo opción más que de dejarnos pasar la noche, qué vergüenza para el hotel.

There are not enough words to describe the poor design and complete uselessness of a barn door on a bathroom. The door in our room was pulling the bolts that supported it out of the wall, making it rest on the floor, nearly impossible to move. To Indigo's credit, they sent maintenance to tighten the screws, which pulled back out of the wall the instant the door was moved again. When I complained a second time I was told ”They're just really heavy,” which, again, huh? A guest is expected to be able to move a 200lb fire hazard to use the toilet? Worse, even had it been newly hung and in pristine condition, a barn door hangs off of a protruding track on the wall. Meaning, one has no control over seeing, hearing, and smelling whomever is using the bathroom. Why is this so galling? A bathroom is literally the only place people expect full privacy. I was traveling with a film crew, co-workers. We were made to sit on the toilet and shower in front of each other because a barn doesn't actually close. I was offered a move to another room with a barn door toilet, and declined for the above reasons. I haven't even mentioned the haze, the actual fog, of smoke on our ”smoke free” floor. We were forced to get high without consent as well. At check out I asked for a discount because of our bad experience, and was denied. Thank god for social media. Steer clear of this nightmare Joanna Gaines hotel.

Vine aquí para el día de San Valentín. El personal de registro fue amable con la flota. Habían puesto bocadillos y agua de fresa para la ocasión. La habitación era de muy buen tamaño y una gran repisa en la ventana para disfrutar de la vista. También tienen fundición de cromo en la televisión y la cama de matrimonio era muy cómoda.

El hotel está en la ubicación perfecta. Tomé el ferrocarril ligero del aeropuerto de Denver y luego caminé a unos pocos bloques cortos al hotel. Fue muy fácil. El hotel está cerca de una comida completa, la estación de la Unión, las tiendas de café, los restaurantes y el parque/caminación del río. Toneladas de compras a lo largo de la cercana estación de 16th Street. Ingresar fue rápido y eficiente. No hay ningún tipo de tonterías, que me gusta. Personal amigable. Las habitaciones son modernas y limpias. Debe ser bastante nuevas? Había piscina interior, centro de fitness y zona de desayuno en el lobby. No comí en el hotel, pero me tomé café en el camino de la mañana. La única cuestión es el aire acondicionado. ¿Sólo hacía aire caliente? Creo que el equipo de mantenimiento/gestión del hotel ha cerrado el sistema HVAC para que no puedas bajar el tiempo de la habitación lo suficiente. Probablemente para ahorrar dinero? Esto debe ser reparado. Dificultad para dormir en estas habitaciones calientes lol me quedaría aquí otra vez, pero reparar el HVAC lol Gracias, Justin
