Place was awful we left after 10 minutes tried to get my money back but staff was uncooperative

Didn't smell very clean when we walked in. Was told that we had to pay $50 deposit because we wanted a non smoking room. Window in the room was cracked and curtains had duct tape on them. Also door lock didnt work right. I guess its what to be expected for the price.

I arrived around midnight after a long day of flying and waiting for flights.
The desk clerk was ok but when I got to my room, the heat was set at 68 but the temperature was near 90 with the unit still pumping out heat. The window was partially open too so someone must have known about it. I had to run the AC all night and it was only 20 degrees outside!
Also, the sink top was broken into two pieces.
It was passably clean but needs serious repairs.

Rooms weren't done had to huckup my own cable and TV. The outside door didn't lock The hallway carpet was a trip hazard and dirty. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. The microwave in the lobby was old and rusty I would not recommend this place to bring stray animals to

This place was terrible. Looks like a motel built in the 80's that has never been renovated, cleaned or repaired. The carpet was worn and ripped, the chairs had stains, the tissue holder in the bath was rusted, the floor tile was broken, etc. I could only stay for one night and ended up sleeping in my dress clothes in fear of the dirty sheets. I will never use ******* again because there is no recourse to back out of a bad room.

We want a refund because we had to leave due to the filth, smell, no outside lighting, and unsafe conditions. We had to go to another hotel. Please refund our payment.

HORRIBLE AND STINKS
Advertised as an Airport hotel but no shuttle so $70 in taxi fees
Stinks like a bar that hasn’t opened the windows in a year with cigarettes
Sheets like paper towels
No blanket
Dirty
Noisy
Many rooms have permanent residents
Shower was dirty and no water pressure
Towels are 30 years hotel
