Sentinus Beach Hotel

Arkadaşlarımız ile yaptığımız tatilimizde ilk olarak odamızın daha önü açık olması için resepsiyondaki arkadaşlardan oda değişimi istedik. Çok saolsun Deniz bey hemen yardımcı oldu ve değiştir. Daha sonrasında akşam yemeklerinin lezzeti ve çeşitliliği beni tatmin etti. Herkese teşekkürler temizlik ve hijyen için ayrıca bir 5 puan

Long beach de çok güzel bir otel özellikle kuş adası tatilinde şehir merkezine araç ile 15 dakika fakat bulunduğu konumda büyük bir AVM petrol istasyonu eczane ve marketler var plaj 2 dakika mesafede tavsiye ediyoroum

The filthiest hotel I've ever been to. The rooms are dirty and not well equipped. The furniture is very old. The whole hotel needs a drastic renovation before opening it and receiving guests. We had all-inclusive, but the food was the most horrible part. Most of the food is either badly cooked or had an interesting smell . I had diarrhea because of their expired meatballs. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money.

This hotel I'm giving a minus 1 star the hotel was placed right next to a building site and every room has there electric box open full of wires with actually caused a electrical problem on one of my days when I was on holiday and smoked the whole floor out witch led to the fire brigade coming as well the pool was not clean at all and the tap from my hotel room the water was coming out like a brown coulor so witch I had to use bottles of water to brush my teeth with.......all inclusive is not all inclusive they served soft drinks like sprite cola and fresh orange but the alcohol was only beer wine and vodka cola ........the manager alpaslan was not helpful at all and he was so disrespectful to most of the holiday makers too and he dint seem to care about any complaint we had ........the only 3 staff I really enjoyed was the bar man hasan he was friendly / fikret the chef was a lovely man too and also the restaurant man too hayrettin he was nice aswell ...... I would also avoid a guy called kaya he tried to rip me off with a boat trip and when I wanted to cancel he wouldn't answer my calls he normally goes comes to the hotel to have his food but as u walk out on ti the beach from the back of the hotel he actually has his own beach called kaya butterfly so tbh I don't think he was allowed to even try and sell me the tickets for boat trip in the hotel .....in the kids pool there was a whole aswell witch is very dangerous for any little kid they could of broke there ankle .....the receptionist guy dint have a clue what was going off most of the time and did not seem to care about any thing.

So bad we have left the hotel !! On a positive the room was clean , however the whole hotel is complete out dated and currently in middle of building site! All inclusive doesn’t exist - we ate bread for 1.5 days ! The worse I’ve ever ever had … to date. ! No one is at the bar to get a drunk let alone a alcoholic one . The pool looked like a swamp and it has the odd plastic sun lounger . No entertainment No all inclusive It says sauna etc. nope !

The good points are, it is in a good location and the waiting staff in the restaurant are friendly. The pool is small and the hotel is tired. Animation team was poor. Food was average and not a lot of variety. Hotel was reasonably clean but tired. difficult to recommend because it is in the part of Kusadasi called long beach which has plenty of hotels (Ive staying in three of them) which offer a lot more for the same money

Annem ile berber yaptığım konaklamada oteli beğendim misafir karşılamada resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok güler yüzlü insanlardı. Alanlardaki temizlik biraz daha arttırabilir. Odalar güzeldi etkinlikler vardı ve eğlenceliydi. Rümeysa Hanım ile güzel sohbetler ettik. Havlu için 200 tl kapora veriliyor bu sistem sizi de misafiri de yoruyor bence değişmeli. Deniz bey ve Rümeysa Hanıma çok teşekkür ederiz yine geleceğiz.

otelden cok memnun kaldik her sey cok güzeldi otel görevlileri cok güler yüzlü ve sevgi doluydu cok güzel ağırlandık odamız da cok güzeldi ***et temiz ve bakımlıydı lobide duran arkadaslar da cok ilgiliydi animasyon ekibindeki sıla hanım ve zeynel bey cok ilgiydi bizi cok keyiflendirdiler birbirinden güzel yarismalarla tatilimizin cok daha keyifli gecmesini sagladi güler yüzleri ve samimiyetleriyle birbirinden güzel günler geçirdik başta onlar olmak üzere bütün görevli arkadaslara tesekkür ediyorum.

müthiş otel tek kelimeyle harika çok memnun kaldık kalabalık bir grup geldik ve herkes aşırı memnun oldu otelden çalışanlar çok ilgili havuzu süper özellikle sıla ve zeynel animatörlerin oynattığı oyunlar yapmış olduğu etkinlikler çok güzeldi harika bir deneyim teşekkürler sentinus
