The best part of this hotel is its location which is near to the market.Yes the food and ambiance of the hotel was very good.The staff were very cooperative we enjoyed a lot there and nice view from the terrace.we will visit again in future.thank

My experience in sumitel queens yard hotel was great .Rooms was clean and well maintained.view from terrace is good.The food is very tasty ,and service staff was very polite and friendly specially Mr upesh was so humble and polite I really like the service and would recommend this hotel to my friends thank you for this memorable holiday.

Thanks all the services you provided. Starting from check in to check out, as per our request hotel provided us top floor room. Room was prepared nicely, The restaurant was maintaining hygiene and having good food test. Prompt room service.

My Deluxe room was superb. Room service was awesome. Staff is very kind and soft spoken. There is a lot of variety of food in breakfast and dinner, which was taken by me. The restaurant services are very quick and awesome. All the staff are very kind but Sumiksha who works in the restaurant was friendly. Overall an awesome experience.

Food quality is very good and service is also very good. I will inform to my colleague and relatives if they are planning to visit Darjeeling then they must stay in this hotel. All restaurants staff was very good and they have done there duty very well.

Overall the services were good. The rooms were clean. The only problem was with bathroom which did not have a separate glass for bath area and dry area. The entire bathroom became wet and it was a big discomfort. Apart from this the food for breakfast and dinner was good quality and taste

I really enjoyed the ambience of the room and the service was amazing it was available to us as soon as we called , the restaurant was also clean with the staff polite and willing to help us whenever we required . Overall it was a great stay. And whenever we come next time we'll stay here
