Excellent property,one of best,rooms view food service all super se uper. Huge size rooms with giant size bathroom with bath tub, beautiful decor old age type . Service is super,chai ki tapri at tea garden supers.Must visit place with all.

The property is beautiful and the interiors has so much intricacy and the showcasing of the vintage items is a treat to the eyes . The rooms give a royal feeling with so much detailing and comfort . The hospitality was commendable . The staff was extremely humble and their services were really above and beyond . The food was very good with amazing variety and the taste was spot on . The banquets are lavsh. The Tea gardens are beautiful and can walk through them and enjoy fresh tapri style tea and snacks in the middle of the tea garden .

Excellent Resort with a mesmerizing location very near to the busy Siliguri city. Everything was top notch. Staffs are very co-operative and helpful. Restaurants are extremely baby friendly. Specially Miss Dolma helped us with everything with our 2 year old kid. She fulfilled our every request very gently.

Excellent property with such lush background of tea garden and rich interior is unmatched to find anywhere in India . The entire property theme takes you to the classy tea world of earlier times with so ***y nostalgic photos and items used in those times .
