Vinimos a conocer la tierra de nuestros abuelos. El hotel es excelente, tanto por las comodidades como por la calidez de atencion. Me dejo un doble sentimiento: la comida como en la casa de mis abuelos y sentirme atendido como un Rey. Experiencia inolvidable. Super recomiendo

Una antigua casa tradicional, totalmente y cuidadosamente restaurada. En zona céntrica ( Old Damasco) pero muy tranquila.Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Los espacios comunes la mayoría patios con plantas muy acogedores . Los desayunos abundantes y ricos( imposibles de terminarlos!!) Lo más destacado aparte de su decoración es su personal tanto en la recepción, en las habitaciones como en el restaurante muy profesional y atento siempre dispuestos ayudar!!

Well, this place is amazing to say the least. GRACE, LUCY AND WA'AD were exceptional in their service and greetings. This made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. All staff were hospitable and accommodating. We were offered the junior suite which turned out to be tremendous with a terrace. The food was great and the coffee outstanding. As we checked out we took a photo with Grace, Lucy and Wa'ad to have the warmest memories. Highly recommend and will be sure to stay there again. A HUGE SHOUTOUT the owner Edward....nailed it with design and service 👍 👌 👏

The interior of the hotel is breathtaking, 4 old damascene houses connected together and make it feel like the most beautiful oasis in the middle of the old city - perfect location to see all the many things Damascus has to offer. The service is 5*, the staff are all helpful and friendly and make you feel extremely welcome and the breakfast is delicious and generous - keeping you going all day as you see the city or explore more of Syria. A luxurious must stay for anyone wanting to spend time in the old city of Damascus

This is the most beautiful hotel that i have ever been . Every single time I'm here just feels like home. I've been in so many hotels but for sure this the best one ❤️ Finally abig thanks to the manger and to the Friendly staff you are doing agreat jop ❤️

If you visit Damascus you must stay here. The atmosphere is out of an old Syrian show and is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The service is impeccable, the staff anticipates your every need! You are truly treated as a royalty!!!!

We spent three nights at Beit al Wali during our trip to Syria, and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel next time as well. The building itself is stunning, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience in Damascus! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and gives you a historic experience. The hotel is extremely clean and the service is outstanding!!! The location is prime in the center of Damascus nearby everything needed. I visit the hotel every year and each time I am amazed more and more. Highly recommend!
