Had a nice stay, staff were very friendly & the room was clean & comfortable, ideal for what I needed. Had an evening meal & a breakfast, both were lovely.

Convenient for motorway network and to Burgess Hill. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Quick and friendly book-in, room clean and comfortable. Just what it says on the tin. Breakfast not good - inedible scrambled egg, burnt bacon. Otherwise it was fine and would stay again.

Only stayed 1night but was lovely .clean rooms (bathroom compact) staff very friendly food great ( had lunch & dinner at hotel )

Recommended. Small room, two single beds, adequate for one night stay. Watched Rugby World Cup final on a very large tv in pool room. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Service and staff were excellent, good pub grub and a nice bar.
Room was sad - paint and plaster chipped off the walls, bathroom unfinished with nowhere to hang towels, blown light bulbs

My Bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Poor quality mattress and light curtains so street lighting lit the room. My daughter and family had a newly fitted bathroom so maybe they are gradually doing that. Excellent breakfast.

Staffs are super friendly. Clean rooms. Gave us lovely breakfast basket, when they don’t need to. Just that little bit extra is very much appreciated, .
