I have just returned from spending 1 week here with my husband and son. This is definitely a hidden gem. The reception staff cannot do enough for you. Everyone is very friendly . The complex is very well maintained . I will definitely be returning next year .

First time we’ve been and we’d definitely return. Such a great hotel, which is hidden away, but lovely grounds and apartments, with everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Staff are so friendly, particularly the female receptionist, and very local to restaurants and bars, with only a 5-10 minute walk. The female lifeguard worked hard keeping the pool area clear and tidy. Can’t wait to return.

Just back from garajohny excellent apartments spotless the cleaners are brilliant and reception staff amazing anything u need it's sorted right away so relaxed and peacefull just what I needed the location is also brilliant we had a ground floor two bedroom apartment as my mum is 73 it was amazing can't wait to go back next may

Perfect hotel and the pool is super clean, rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Short walk to aqua land or Siam park could see how big the ques where for Siam park from our balcony. No bar at the hotel but welcome to bring own food and drink around the pool obviously no glass. Very quiet hotel slept well except for heat issues as it was very hot that week we stayed air con is only in the lounge we thought it was in all of the rooms o did not bring our fans was manageable leaving the doors open. pool is the same depth except for the small children's area. If I was to visit Tenerife again I would come back here. ... A LITTLE REVIEW OF THE AREA OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL If your visiting Tenerife for the first time its a lovely place and the views are amazing lots to do as a couple, family etc, lots of bars and nice restaurants. We did not enjoy the beach due to constant hounding from the sellers around the area hair braiding, sunglasses, towels, fruit, donuts etc they really do not leave you alone to relax. I tried to sunbathe and a hair braiding lady pulled up a stool and sat next to me constantly pestering me. Same on an evening also with light up tat. This has slightly put us off coming back unfortunately however costa Adeje is lovely and that aside there is lots of things to do. There is a little bar at he side of the theatre bar( also worth a visit) that is next door to this hotel called the winning post. upstairs you are welcome to use the pool and pool bar, it was quite busy but made A nice change but no where near as clean as this hotel pool my children wanted to go back to the hotel pool they loved it.

This is our 3rd time staying here, and we love it, the apartment is spacious, and clean, the staff are very friendly, close to all restaurants, and pubs, Siam park/mall is about 15 mins walk, the pool area is lovely, just really enjoy our stay here, and will be back again ☺️

Excellent all round, situated in a quiet area but close to everything. Immaculately clean, rooms are spacious and can get a sun lounger no problem! Alicia (on Reception) is very friendly and knowledgeable. Must dos ...trip up to Mount Teide and a boat trip to see the whale dolphins.

Had the best time! I went with two other friends and we had the best time. The hotel was clean and exactly what you needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our balcony door was broken on arrival, they fixed it straight away and no questions asked. The pool area was quiet, no sunbed rush and inflatables were allowed. The other tourists were friendly and sociable. Personally did not hear the traffic but was not on the motor way side but people I spoke too around by the pool didn’t seem to have too much of any issue about it. Only a 15 minute walk away from the *****. 10 minute walk away from the beach and a 5 minute walk away from the restaurants. Didn’t have to get a taxi anywhere but if need, they were easily accessible. Would recommend for families, couples and friends!

Honestly can’t fault this hotel at all. Just got back from a week long trip in Tenerife with 14 girls staying for our first girls holiday. Location is amazing, small shops and bars 2 minute walk away, with a big supermarket literally a 5 minute walk down the road. Rooms were so clean and staff were lovely throughout the stay. Our rooms were situated right by the pool with balcony leading straight to it on the ground floor. Apartments had everything we needed with cleaners replacing towels and bed sheets every other day. Veronica’s ***** was about an 18 minute walk but definitely didn’t feel that long despite worries that it would be too hot to walk, it was perfect. Siam Park is a must if staying here especially with the 6 minute walk it takes to get there. My one and only fault with the place is our specific shower in room 105 was a bit temperamental with getting to a hot temperature which meant we had cold showers most evenings (not too bad in the heat tho). However, the other 3 rooms we occupied had no issues at all. Check in and check out was so easy as well as the luggage room being in use on our last day. Only 15 minute drive from the airport. Although a very quiet place, it was perfect for what we needed as 18 year old girls looking to relax in the sun. Would 100000% recommend staying here if your looking for somewhere in the perfect location for everything in tenerife!!
