Un olor muy fuerte desagradable poca opción para desayuno un servicio pésimo duramos 3 noches y nunca no hicieron servicio a la habitación

El peor lugar para hospedarte la seguridad pésima rompieron el cristal de mi carro robaron todas mis pertenecías y el personal no quiso dar acceso alas camaras de seguridad ni a la policia tampoco cuentan con la cantidad de camaras necesarias para monitorear todo el lugar

I stayed here for a couple days while visiting friends. It’s close to many restaurants, shops, and other amenities. The included breakfast is okay. Rooms could have been a bit cleaner but wasn’t so bad I wouldn’t stay there. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Terrible stay here. Checked into our first room only to find that the toilet did not work. We were moved to another room only to have noise all night that sounded like a pump running.
Went to management to complain stating that the room is uninhabitable. Management’s response was “sorry “ and that was it. Definitely not what I would expect from a Best Western Plus hotel. To top it all off, went to their breakfast in the morning to be told there are no knives available.

The room had multiple spider webs forming in the washroom. The telephone in the room didn't work—very friendly front desk staff.

The 4-day stay was nice, Erica the night clerk was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the breakfast buffet. both Friday and Saturday we got there at 8am and almost everything was gone, and the morning desk person really didn't seem to be very attentive to replenishing things. Monday morning was better. other than that everything was nice.

The back door was not able so it just stay open all night and once in the room the water was so loud coming out the shower head which was so dirty plus it mildew on the ceiling… I would love to have a full refund because I was unsatisfied with my stay
