El hotel es muy tranquilo , personal excelente tanti en los restaurantes como en recepcion. Tiene un parking privado gratuito que da mucha tranquilidad. Las habitaciones muy grandes y correctas con el baño muy equipado. El desayuno muy bueno y el restaurante donde servían comida y cena excelentes. Cena a la carta con comida bien elaborada,estupendo .Los restaurantes atendidos por verdaderos profesionales. No tardaremos en volver.

LOCATION MERAVIGLIOSA, TUTTO BEN CURATO ED ELEGANTE. ENORME SPAZIO PER IL PARCHEGGIO. STANZA ACCOGLIENTE E BEN PULITA, CIBO ABBONDANTE E OTTIMO. PERSONALE CORDIALE, DISPONIBILE. LO CONSIGLIERÒ A TANTE PERSONE.

We booked this as part of a Secret Escapes package. The reviews we read were mixed, and in particular the staff have come in for some criticism. Our experience was totally to the contrary. We found the staff professional and polite. Very good hosts. In particular, the night porter Luca managed to somehow feed us when we first arrived at 11.30pm, long after the restaurant closed. He's a special guy. The room was impeccably clean. Recommended!

the first thing that stuck us was how out of town this type of accommodation is. That applies to all Masseria hotels. The rooms are situated around a pretty courtyard. The rooms are basic and of reasonable size. There are no facilities for making tea/coffee. However, there is a fridge. A small sitting area is outside each room. There is no bar here and the restaurant does not open till 8 pm. the reception can provide wine or coffee. We bought our own beer and kept in in fridge in room. The staff in the restaurant were not great on understanding or speaking English. There is a huge pool, but everyone is required to wear a swimming hat. We did not go in:(

This is a really tired and dated hotel by today's standards. Externally it looks great, but internally it is very basic. A few details about our room; Hardly any plug sockets Air con either on or off (no options) Wifi wasn’t working in bedroom, only reception/dining room (Room 206) TV not working. Asked twice - fixed 2 days later. No wifi so no Netflix etc. Noisy fridge all day/night Shower jets don’t work but instant hot water Other points; Very basic breakfast - don’t expect eggs of any kind! Remote location - a car is essential All staff speak very limited English, if any No one at reception Sunday evening or at 7am next morning. The breakfast guy took 1/2 hour to check us out due to the language barrier. Swimming caps needed for hotel pool €4 each from reception Best bits; The restaurant was amazing. Fabulous food and wine. We were given free 5-course meal on arrival (drinks not included). Lovely pool. Gets noisy though when the local kids arrive. Suggestion for hotel; Provide some guidance for international guests in the form of a small booklet (in a few languages) in each room.

The place is really nice. The pool is big and the rooms are comfortable. The bathrooms are huge. The restaurant is quite tasty . The breakfast included both salty and sweet stuff. However the pool is opened for guests outside the hotel and quite often it can get pretty loud with teenagers and they also host quite a lot of parties there. The bathrooms could use some restructuring (shower hose hanger broken and hydro-massage not working) All in all the area is fantastic and really relaxing and we had an awesome time

Struttura veramente confortevole immersa nella campagna, in una posizione ottimale per visitare i luoghi attrattivi vicini (Alberobello, Grotte di Castellana, zoo safari di Fasano, Polignano a Mare). Ristorante di livello da segnalare, oltre che per le pietanze, per il servizio veramente impeccabile.
