Southampton is a city in England. It's by the sea and has a busy port. People visit its historic sites like the Tudor House and SeaCity Museum. The city has parks, shopping, and cultural events. Southampton is known for its maritime history and diverse attractions, making it a vibrant place to explore. The hotel is about 10 mins drive from the city centre and it offers free parking. Nice Xmas jumpers of staffs 😊

It's 2023 and the rooms are not air conditioned. Need I say more? Avoid and go elsewhere. There is nothing that makes this a good place to stay. Staff were fine.

The room was well appointed and comfortable. Decor is basic but looked like it was renovated recently. Being able to have meals onsite is helpful as it there's not a lot to choose from nearby. Good position for the cruise and bus terminals. Staff were helpful.

One good thing is there's free parking. But the sound insulation of the room was not good enough , you can hear some outside sounds at night.

Nothing spectacular in any way but location was good for what I needed.
Dinner is best done with ordering in a takeaway which the staff are happy to give you cutlery for.
Rooms are comfy enough.
Breakfast is ok.
Surrounding area is industrial and currently a building site.
Staff deserve praise for their friendliness
