La experiencia de la IHG no es una experiencia de hotel en esta propiedad. El hotel está en renovación que no se informó antes de la reserva, sólo me dije cuando me inspeccioné. 1- La habitación que reservaba era una habitación de primas, como se muestra en el sitio web, pero a mi sorpresa cuando la habitación que se dio no era una habitación de primas. Tras plantear esta preocupación con el escritorio delantero, me informó que el hotel está en renovación, la habitación que se muestra en la foto no está disponible. 2- Esperar un omeleta en el desayuno no es una gran cosa, pero me informó que sólo puedo tener algo de Buffet. 3- Después de un largo día de estar con niños decidimos cenar en el hotel. A mi sorpresa me dijeron que en el restaurante sólo tienen algunos snacks disponibles. Io volví a la mesa delantera y sugirieron que ordenar comida desde fuera. Si no estás completamente funcional, no deberías hacer reservas durante el período de renovación.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, muy bien situado, cerca de la estación de metro. Estaba allí con mi marido y la habitación tenía espacio para casos. El personal del hotel es amable y útil. El hotel es un hotel de lujo, pero es cómodo, limpio y cómodo.

Номера небольшие, но уютные, чистое постельное белье, посуда, капельная кофеварка и варочная панель в наличии. В номерах нет чайника, а диаметр имеющейся в номере посуды не позволяет готовить одновременно на двух конфорках. Уборка номеров включена в стоимость при размещении от семи дней, поэтому пищевые отходы рекомендую выносить на сразу. :)

Tinha muita expectativa quanto à esse apartamento, ao que segue: Na chegada, não existe qualquer menção ao hotel/apartamento. Eram 22h da noite, num bairro que eu ainda não conhecia (Clichy) e estava um pouco sombrio, muito vazio. Após muita procura consegui entrar (deixei o carro parado em fila dupla) na ''recepção'', uma sala bagunçada com um computador. Recebendo as chaves, subi ao apartamento, e logo de cara senti um odor de ''lugar fechado'', o que não me agradou. O aspecto geral é que não havia sido limpo apropriadamente. As fotos infelizmente enganam muito a realidade. Não havia amenities, nem mesmo taças de vinho ou Champagne. A impressão que deu foi de que faltou limpeza e mais atenção à detalhes. Confesso que na primeira noite pensei em desistir. Porém conforme foi passando o tempo, pude ver também os pontos positivos. A vista para o parque linda, a cozinha, apesar da falta de utensílios, era grande e tinha lava louças, cafeteira e uma lava e seca! Usamos muito essa cozinha. A pequena mesa de jantar, após mudarmos ela de lugar, pôde ser apreciada uma linda vista da mesma. Tem um mercado intermarché literalmente no térreo do prédio, o que é fantástico e ajuda demais. Comprei até taça de vinho rs! Destaque também para a região de Clichy, que apesar de uma primeira impressão ruim, de dia fica mais legal, com boulangeries, chocolaterias etc. Estacionei num Indigo que fica a 2,5 quadras do apartamento a um custo de 14,50 euros por noite, o que é excelente. Apenas não ficaria novamente devido à distância do centro histórico de Paris. Infelizmente pegar aquelas Perífériques as 17h da tarde perdíamos quase duas horas parados no trânsito.

Dear YAC Hotel Paris Clichy, where should I begin? You guys made my trip memorable beyond my expectations! A trip to Paris is always special but this trip was extra special for me because I had a proposal planned to my girlfriend. As a traveller myself, I always look for Service, Cleanliness, Facilities and Location when it comes to choosing my hotels. I am very picky when it comes to choosing hotels and I have a really high standard then I never compromise. I am from Sweden and had never been to Paris before and I had never heard of YAC Hotel before. I saw that YAC Hotel was a partner of Radisson Hotels and from experience, Radisson Hotels almost never dissappoints. I saw the pictures of YAC Hotel and trusted my gut feeling and booked it for 4 days. Upon our very early arrival around, me and my girlfriend were greeted by two very friendly receptionist. One man called Raouf and one woman whoms name I unfortunately never wrote down. Raouf helped me with the check in and were super friendly, as well as the woman next to him. Me and my girlfriend had the oppurtunity to get an early check in and when my girlfriend went up to the room, Raouf helped me with a reservation for a very fancy restaurant with the most perfect Eiffel Tower view. I told him about my proposal plans and he understood the assignment and helped me with everything I asked for. The room was very clean, the bathroom and the bed most importantly. We asked for Room Service which was good even though I usually prefer to eat at the restaurant. By the evening we went to the restaurant that Raouf booked and by the time we came back to the hotel, me and my girlfriend were engaged. During our stay, all the staff were just absolutley amazing. The staff from the breakfast, the staff from the bar, the staff from the houskeeping and of course the reception. They all noticed our engagement and they showed us the most kindness and respect. It was as if this was a family hotel and me and my fiancee were a part of this family. I have worked in the hotel business for more than 15years, both as a emploee and as a employer. Misstakes in a hotel can happen and unfortunatley sometimes it may not turn out exactly they way the guest wanted to. Even though we as guests want to have the most perfect stay, we should never forget that we are all human and sometimes things could go wrong. The most important thing is that the staff always stays proffessional and helpful. The staff from the reception were so friendly and they made us feel so welcommed that by the end of our stay it felt like we were saying goodbye to friends, not the staff. I am so embarresed that I did not write down any names but surley, they know who they are and once again I want to say thank you! This trip became on of the most memorable trip for both me and my fiancee and we will surely book YAC Hotel Clichy for our next visit to Paris. Sincerely, Elias Lashgari

Superbe hôtel aux chambres originales et très sympa niveau déco, fonctionnelles et avec tout ce qu'il faut. Nous avions l'istanbul et elle était parfaitement à notre goût. Propreté impeccable. Literie au top. Les messieurs de l'accueil et les dames du petit déjeuner sont adorables, aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner très complet. Petit coin spa avec jacuzzi et sauna que nous n'avons pas testé du fait de notre séjour trop court. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Juste un tout petit bémol, le rideau de la fenêtre ne descend pas jusqu'en bas, nous avons été réveillés tôt par le soleil.

Personal en la parte superior, la recepción perfecta muy bien escuchado y muy profesional. El hotel es limpio, tranquilo y muy agradable! Recomiendo sinceramente este establecimiento! Hotel tranquilo, sencillo, pero confortable y cómodo. Está a las afueras, pero la boca de metro a menos de 300 metros, ideal. Además la línia tren, directamente torre Eiffel, la parada a 15 minutos andando o a una parada del metro cercano al hotel, aunque con trasbordo de ticket. El desayuno sencillo, pero para nosotros muy correcto, ya que con 4 tipos de quesos, aunque el único embutido que había, pero se puede desayunar correctamente. Calidad-precio sin duda perfecto. Familia de 2 adultos y 2 niños. Supermercado en la misma esquina. RECOMENDABLE

The hotel is very conveniently located in Clichy very near the metro station for going to the centre and for changing to the train to visit Versailles. The room was very spacious as we were given the disabled accessible room but in general the hotel is spacious for Paris standards. The best thing about the hotel are the friendly and extremely helpful staff who take so much pride in their hotel and giving you a great experience. Also this is the only time it has been worth getting a breakfast in a paris hotel - I strongly recommend it. Great value for money and very cheerful!

El Hotel está situado en Clichy pero realmente está a veinte pasos de Paris. Tiene al lado un bus que te deja en el centro en pocos minutos. Limpio, buenas camas, habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero correctas. Buena TV , Baños limpios y con lo básico correctos, desayuno bueno pero el mismo todos los días.
