El estacionamiento está en el patio trasero del hotel, $ 10 por día, y puede detenerse incluso después de hacer el registro de salida. También hay muchos espacios de estacionamiento en la calle alrededor.

El hotel en el campus es genial. Habitación doble, grande y limpia, apta para niños, sin cama supletoria. El café Starbucks y el desayuno en el primer piso son muy convenientes. Vale la pena ver el museo cercano, caminar a pie, el campus es hermoso y hay tiempo para escuchar el concierto.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Although listed as a Marriot Property, it is not managed or maintained by the Marriott corporation (and it really reflects this issue!). I have continuously stayed at this hotel for the past 4 years and have watched it substantially decline. I am a Marriott Silver Elite member and have liked the convenience of being able to access my car versus the Marriott Courtyard a few blocks away. I have always wondered why this Marriott was not up to standards in terms of mechanical issues (on two occasions-no working a.c. in the room (this week I had to move rooms at 11 p.m. at night); poorly stocked kitchen, paper, towels and even missing the coffee basket this time). I asked, dropped lists, and never received them. During this particular stay, my first room had one bed that had a lot of hair on the inside of the sheets and pillow. It made me question if the bed had just been made, not changed. The food has always been minimal and you really need to bring your own. I am not even picky, but it is ridiculous. Well, after tolerating continuously barking dogs and people fighting in the room next door at 1:45 a.m.-none of which is the hotel's fault, I arrived home to 2 angry phone messages that I had not checked out and the hotel was booked, etc. etc. and the second individual was extremely nasty. Well, the paper bill I received at checkout clearly recorded the time at 7:48 a.m. -so what is your issue? When I called today to make sure we were all set with this issue, the gentleman was extremely indifferent, bordering on rude. Most of the staff act this way-as if the occupants are ”pains in the butt”-very unprofessional and it makes you afraid to ask for anything. I am really not confident they know what they are doing technologically. It makes you feel terrible and scratching your head if you have stayed at a real Marriot (at any level) . On the ”plus” side, the rooms are spacious, and the location to some very good restaurants outside the door, CWRU, the medical centers and the museum area is outstanding. One manager, the night I had to move went way out of the way to move me and make sure the next room was cooled down and ready with the lights on-and I didn't even ask to move. He was the only good experience in this last stay. The Marriott Corporation needs to intervene or remove the company's association.

Un fantástico hotel. Muy nuevo y limpio. El personal del lobby y del restaurante fantástico. Te aparcan an el coche según llegas. En definitiva, una buena opción si viajas a Cleveland (al centro tienes que seguir una recta de unos 5K). Lo único es que no sabíamos que en el hotel suelen hosped**** enfermos de la clínica…(te entra una sensación “rara” cuando ves las sillas de ruedas en el pasillo).

Mi hijo adulto y yo nos alojamos aquí mientras asistíamos a un evento en el Centro Welstein de la Universidad Estatal de Cleveland. Usamos el transbordador Hilton para llegar allí y caminamos de regreso; A unos 5 minutos a pie. Al llegar, el aparato de boleto de la puerta de estacionamiento estaba atascado, así que tuve que estacionarme ilegalmente durante unos minutos para informar a la recepción. Estas cosas pasan. Nos instalamos en la habitación durante una hora antes de la salida para el evento y notamos que el calor no estaba calentando la habitación. Informé a la recepción al salir y estaba arreglado (y cálido) cuando volvimos varias horas más tarde. . . ¡Buen trabajo! Cobran $ 20 para estacionar en el estacionamiento al aire libre, lo que siempre me parece desconcertante, ya que siempre parece que te están jodiendo. . . cual eres! Recibí la primera factura por correo electrónico y todo estuvo bien. Al día siguiente recibí una factura ajustada; 2 botellas de agua por $ 4 + impuestos. . . no podemos consumir su agua demasiado cara como puedo leer. Llamé y me aseguraron que recibiría un crédito. CUIDADO con los sobrecargos. . . Parece que sucede cuando he leído otras experiencias, aquí, en TripAdvisor. Como miembro de Honores, uno pensaría que Hilton realmente reduciría un poco el estacionamiento. No podría importarme menos el agua. . . Tengo sed, tomo un trago del grifo; sorprendido, Hilton no me cobró por el uso de la taza de café.

Este es un hotel muy único. Era originalmente un banco y mantuvieron muchas de las características. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas y las camas confortables. Hay una enorme gimnasia para los estándares del hotel. El restaurante se veía muy agradable pero no tuvo tiempo para comer allí. El bar de Vault fue maravilloso. Varios cajas viejas fueron convertidas en áreas de salón. Servicio de habitaciones (pastias y pizzas). El hotel está muy cerca (distanza de caminar) del estadio de béisbol y del campo de baloncesto.
