房間還不錯，但是睡不了一個成年人，房間很乾凈，服務也很好，據説波特蘭市區很不安全，但是酒店周圍很安全

I am a very loyal Crowne Plaza repeat guest. It’s my favorite place to stay in the Portland area! However, I was very disappointed to find out upon arrival that the pool/hot tub was under construction. Had I known, I would’ve booked something closer to the event I was attending. When I expressed my frustration that it wasn’t disclosed during the booking process, there was no effort to offer an upgrade, complimentary drink at the bar, etc.

I reserved a King size hed room and upon arrival all they had was double bed room. Why would hotel even have double beds? At least Queens should be minimal

Overall, we have always enjoyed our stay here. There is always easy parking. Close to all our favorite shopping centers. The staff has been very nice and helpful. But this last stay we were a little disappointed. It was not advertised that the pool and jacuzzi were under remodel. We were really looking forward to those features after spending the whole day shopping.

It was crazy week with snow storms and power outage for this area. Despite being so crazy busy, the starts took extra steps to make sure everyone felt welcomed and safe.
The room was great, spacious and clean and common area was kept sparkly clean at all time.

Hotel needs upgrade, things look old and worn. Refrigerator didn’t work.
The staff was great, they were the best part and made the stay ok.

Staff was responsive during a difficult time. One of the maintenance members (sorry, didn't get his name), was out in the cold shoveling snow off the parking area to allow guests to safely get to and from their cars.

Wonderful, hardworking, and understanding staff. We live locally and had to stay for two nights due to a storm and no power in our house. It was the same for many others there. The staff was so accommodating and allowed for late check out, opened the restaurant early and had to keep staff onsite due to the storm. The staff busted their tails - same staff morning and night.
Accommodations we comfortable and nice. Food was great. Bar was fun. All this despite frustrating lack of power at home.

The TV did not work in the room. Called the front desk they said you could try to reset with the remote that didn’t work called them back and the front desk said they would send someone up when they could. No one ever came up to fix the TV. Poorly run operation. Not impressed at all.
