Incredible experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The things that need improvement is the carpets on the hallway and in the rooms have stains. Additionally, the quality of toilet paper they use is very low.

El hotel está en la calle popular, diagonalmente enfrente de McDonald's. No está lejos de Macy's y otros centros comerciales. El hotel es muy fácil de encontrar. La recepción es muy entusiasta. No había forma de añadir otra habitación, pero la recepción era muy buena. Dije que no reservé la habitación debido a que la escritura no estaba clara, así que le di la primera habitación gratis para la primera noche. Las habitaciones con dos camas y una cama king size son muy altas, cómodas y espaciosas. El desayuno del hotel es un desayuno americano, a excepción de la avena, está frío, pero también es muy bueno, y la sensación general sigue siendo buena. ¡Se recomienda nuevo en Memphis!

This hotel is trash! Driving into the parking lot there was a large mattress that everyone was driving over like it was no big deal. WARNING! The pictures on the website are NOT the actual hotel. They are what the hotel is going to be once they renovate! Walked in and the overwhelming smell of ********* takes your breathe away. While I was in the lobby the front desk worker, AJ, actually kicked out a homeless man and told him, ”quit trying to ********** in this hotel”. There is a myriad of issues with this hotel. They are in the process of closing to completely renovate and reopening under a new name. Meaning if you contact Baymont the do not care because this hotel is not going to be a part of them. I immediately called the place that I booked the hotel and told them about what was going on. After 5 hours of back and forth between the booking site and the front desk I finally got relocated to a different hotel. AFTER I had to pay for one night at this bad excuse of a hotel. I am out of a little over one hundred dollars because this hotel misrepresented itself. The whole place is packed with construction materials and debris. My best advice is to RUN! NONE of the amenities are available. Everything is either broken or stuffed full of remodeling equipment.

First, I have always loved staying at Fairfield Inn and Suites...until yesterday. We stopped in Memphis on our way back from Texas. I dropped $155 for a less than mediocre hotel. I can honestly say it was clean but it was nothing compared to the other Fairfield properties we have stayed at. It seemed to be in a questionable area. When I was looking for lodging, it was rated 7/10. Unfortunately I didnt look at individual reviews. They certainly weren't 7/10. People slammed doors all night. The air conditioner ran very noisily all night. I got very little sleep and couldn't wait to leave so I didn't stick around for breakfast. The swimming pool was covered. I think I read it was being converted to a patio. It would have been nice if the advertisement had told us that there was not a pool. The staff was friendly and professional but that is the best I can offer.
