From the minute we arrived at this Exceptionally placed Hotel, we were made to feel at Home. The Staff are genuinely friendly relaxing and warm. From Vincenzo showing us the Beautiful Orange Garden Terrace, the Pool staff, the super helpful recieption ladies,the excellent Breakfast team, to the immaculate clean fresh rooms made up by the Friendly Ladies Team. Breakfast is perfect with an incredibe selection, with Cakes more than you can eat, and Full Continental in a Fresh,Airy Breakfast room, the Staff attentive and friendly fun. The Hotel is Top Quality in superb location. We chilled both by the quiet sheltered Pool, which is clean beautiful, and a short stroll to Beach with a superb 180 Mountain Vista. Dining out each night in Town you are spoilt for choice for excelelnt ambience Restaurants in this Warm, well designed lighting labarynth of Via's and views. LA HABITACIÓN 301 PUEDE SERLES GRATUITA! Estar tres días (dos noches) en una habitación adaptada para la que no tienen llave y que aunque llames para que la cierren cuando vas a bajar, simplemente, a cenar y vuelvas y siga abierta CON TODAS LAS PERTENENCIAS EN SU INTERIOR no es de recibo. Lo mismo pasa por la noche: no es demasiado seguro dormir con la puerta abierta al amparo de que pueda entrar cualquier persona. La habitación ha sido súper correcta y cómoda tanto para poderme mover dentro con mi silla de ruedas como por la cama pero la excusa que me dieron el primer día por el tema de la llave no tiene disculpa. El personal ha sido muy atento, tanto el de recepción como el del restaurante. Cuidado si tienen movilidad reducida y van solos: para poder llegar a la entrada principal hay una cuesta con una pendiente muy pronunciada.

Honestly there are not enough words to express what we feel about this place. It started as a lovely little 3 night trip planned for myself, husband, son and daughter in law. As promised the hotel had arranged our transfers .. bang on time and perfect. The hotel looked like a true diamond in the rough - stunning in every way, relaxing, great location, spotlessly clean and fabulous breakfast. Friendly staff at both reception and at breakfast….. however then the drama started… On our second day our flight was cancelled and the earliest flight home meant we would have to stay 3 extra nights (shame). Unfortunately the hotel had no room for us, but they did have a new apartment (20 minute walk away) by the beach for a great price.. perfect we thought! Then the next day I was struck with food poisoning (not from the hotel I might add)… I was very unwell.. spent the rest of our time in the hotel in bed. But it was then time to move to the apartment (no way I could walk) so they arranged a member of staff to drive us and show us in to the apartment. The apartment was stunning 5*. I ended up spending the rest of the holiday in bed and then in hospital for 24 hours, but the service didn’t stop. The hotel knew I was unwell, kept in touch with my family ensuring the continued to enjoy themselves, asking how I was, offering assistance etc. I was discharged from hospital the evening before we left for home.. the hotel arranged a taxi from the apartment back into the town for me to enjoy my last night without having to walk. That’s not to mention the beautiful couple who lived beneath the apartment who arranged hospital taxi etc. I haven’t even mentioned just how beautiful the area is, at first glance a little rough around the edges but such charm and by night the most magical and romantic of places… the people are stunning in every way. I know this is a long winded review but I wanted to express the next level service, compassion and pure perfection that is this hotel and their staff.
