Rooms were showing some signs of repair. Ceiling in bathtub is chipping and pealing.
Blood stain on the bathroom wall near light switch
Breakfast staff was very nice but the options were poor. Just offer scrambled eggs as opposed to the pre-cooked omelet. Thanks for offering cereal.

I did not like that I had to sit in the lobby for 2hrs because my room wasn't ready. I do understand that check in isn't normally until after 3pm however the room that was previously reserved by the military was available to check so v why not the room I reserved. Other than that, the hotel is great.

We really enjoy this hotel. This is our second Christmas staying here, and could see this becoming a tradition! It’s close to family, pet friendly, and we were served a different breakfast every day during our stay— what more could we ask for? It was so nice having an indoor pool onsite, even though it was closed on our last day for maintenance. The rooms are clean and comfortable; this year I noticed some markings on the walls that could stand to be wiped (I didn’t have the resources to do it myself) but otherwise the hotel feels very safe and clean. See you again next Christmas!
Also- when I was walking the dogs, I noticed laundry lint building up in the back yard area. It got denser during our stay. Might be time to clean those air filters from the laundry room!

Excellent front desk service ! So impressed that the day when I arrived at Philadelphia, it was raining , I called in to ask if I could have an early check in , the girl who answered the phone said she would arrange that for me as soon as possible , then I waited just an hour and I got a call back that I could check in about 2 hours and half than the normal check in time , I really appreciate that ! Will definitely come to stay in this hotel and everything here is so wonderful , the best hotel in town !

It was our first time staying in this location. It was all very nice and in perfect condition. While in the shower I noticed mold/mildew around the faucet trim and on the bottom of the wall at the base of the shower door. Everything else was spotless. My thinking was what does it take to carry a bottle of Clorox cleaner and spray these areas that are prone to mildew when the cleaning crew is there. I'm still giving 5 stars being that was the only issue and I will stay at this hotel again.
