2nd time living here, but the hairdryer is still dirty as last time I came 🤢 Luckily they are helpful to send a new one if you requested... but seeing the hairdyer cleanliness will make me feel is that everything else in the room is clean enough..

It was a good stay. I enjoyed the time here. The condo was quite old, however, the facilities were very convenient. I could go skiing, sauna, the kids can go 눈썰매, kids park, game zone, and the Gs25 had almost everything we need for a vacation.

Booked a room for three it was big with two rooms but there were only two single beds in one room and the other nothing, my daughter had to sleep on the floor. The room smelled like bleach. Towels provided were small. Few choices for food and they were bit expensive. People at the reception were ok, however the staff at the shuttle information were the best. Went above and beyond to help me figure out my route back to gimpo.

酒店前台不太會英文, CHECK IN 時還好, 可以慢慢溝通. CHECK OUT 後詢問有關酒店提供SHUTTLE BUS時, 職員黑面回答, 態度非常惡劣.
優點滑雪後可以即刻去休息, 而且方便第二日去附近其他景點, 節省來回首爾交通時間, 窗外風景吸引.
缺點餐廳選擇不多, 夜晚沒有太多吸引設施使用, 浴室水力弱, 浴室間隔內有滲水, 洗澡後浴間以外其他地方的地台都會有積水.

1.방에 난방이 안되 추워서 도저히 잘 수 없을 것 같아 개선을 요구했으나 온돌 난방으로 계기를 올렸다 하여 저녁 먹고 한 시간 후에 방에 왔으나 전혀 난방이 안되 다른 방도 마찬가지여서 다른 숙소를 구해 숙박을 해결 했음. 전화로 이야기하니 온도 올렸다고 만 하고 세 번이나 항의해도 똑같은 응답만 있었음.
2.나중에 화가 나 고객이 불만을 요구 하면 방에 와서 점검을 하는 것이 기본인데 서비스도 엉망이었음.
3. 방에 조그만 거미도 기어 다녔음.
4.환절기 추운데 기본적인 난방도 안되고 어떻게 손님을 받는지 이해가 안됩니다.
5.다시는 가고 싶지 않은 호텔입니다. 환불도 되지 않고 모처럼 여행이 기분이 상하여 엉망이 되었음
