Instalaciones: Las instalaciones son nuevas, todos los aspectos son buenos,
Higiene: La habitación está bien, espaciosa y limpia.
Ambiente: Hay mucha comida en la comunidad de abajo, a dos cuadras del gran supermercado ya tres cuadras de la estación de tren.
Servicio: El servicio está en su lugar.

Did not use the facilities as there is really none, the breakfast was good, location is good if you prefer closer to the train station. Overall, it is a good stay.

This hotel is convenient as it is something like 1.5 km away from North Railway Station especially for independent travellers like us who took high speed train from Chengdu.
Our 4 nights stay in this hotel was awesome. Reception staffs were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about Chongqing. The rooms were very spacious for a reasonable price. Free laundry was great. We just need to bring to the reception our laundry and collect it the next day with neatly ironed and folded which indeed helped to save our time doing the chores.
Tea are provided free at the lobby throughout the day.
Sumptuous buffet breakfast was indeed awesome too. Free to order noodle soup was excellent.
It was a memorable 4 nights stay.

I liked the hotel in general but despite the fact that the cleaning ladies came every day, the floor, sink and toilet were never washed. The floor (especially in toilet) was dirty before I checked in
Linens and towels were good, so if you stay for couple of night and have slippers, it is a good choice.
As for the location, there is a bus stop and a railway station nearby, it is a bit far from the city center but I had to stay in that area.
Breakfast was delicious!

This hotel was just average. The most disappointing was the breakfast. I had to order a take-out coffee from a coffee shop. We didn't bother to have breakfast on the other days. The elevator was in an obscure place that doesn't look attractive. The room wasn't bad, it also had stairs as you enter. The shower drain was so slow and there were leaks in the bathroom. I wouldn't stay there again.
