First visit to Chiang Rai and enhanced by a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. Their location is just a 10 minute walk to the evening attractions and the accommodation itself was comfortable and clean and enhanced by having a small pool area to cool off after a days sightseeing. The staff were all wonderful and particularly reception who arrange two full days of sight seeing both the city itself and the surrounding beautiful countryside. If you decide to visit this city you would not go far wrong in choosing this hotel.

I can no longer remember how many times I have stayed at the hotel. It is still our favourite, even if it is small and a bit old-fashioned. Even so, the river, the pool and the location are still my favourite places. It is true that there are other hotels, more luxurious, modern, with more facilities, on the river that can offer the same, but they are much bigger and always noisier. The rooms at IMperial are super spacious and we have everything. The only thing I would like is that at least, after having stayed there almost 10 times, we feel like they should be a little bit more attentive with us trying to provide the room we like and make our stay even better. Even so, we will continue to go there and Chiang Rai will remain one of our favourite destinations and places.

El hotel Chainarai Riverside Recreation Centre es un hotel de 5 estrellas de bajo valor que le dará una gran idea. Situado junto al río Kok, es un gran maravilloso arquitectural de habitaciones bien designadas, apropiadas para viajeros solos, parejas y familias. La suite de dos dormitorios dispone de una cama de rey con baño, camas gemelas con ducha, sala de estar, 3 TVs, 3 baños, 3 ACs, techo de altos guardarropas, 3 balcónes enormes con vistas al río y camas muy cómodas. El hotel está situado en una zona de 3 estrellas, y tiene un restaurante con una amplia gama de habitaciones. El bar de saladas tenía las verduras más frescas que he comido en cualquier hotel ....or restaurante. Para USD89/3,000 THB por noche para la suite con desayuno (USD33/1,130 THB para Deluxe King), me pregunto si los precios de las habitaciones erróneamente, ya que otros hoteles de 5 estrellas costarían 2-3 veces más ...y su tamaño de habitación no sería tan grande (112 m2 para la suite, Para una estancia tranquila y relajada en Chiang Rai, el río Chainarai es el último paseo de lujo.

Este hotel es un hotel de calidad y de calidad para los niños . El problema es que no es posible ordenar un zumo de naranja fresco. Ellos sólo tienen zumo naranja de una botella y te dicen que es fresco , pero no es , yo ordené otra vez entonces me dan frutas naranjas no zumo .

This small boutique hotel in Chiang Rai is perfectly placed in the city and makes getting anywhere so accessible. From our arrival to our departure the staff were professional, courteous, friendly and accommodating. They were first rate and added to an amazing stay here. The pool area was fabulous and after a day of sightseeing was a welcome respite from the heat. The restaurant was also fabulous from the morning offerings for breakfast to lunch and the dinner menu it was a fabulous place to have a meal either out in the courtyard overlooking the pool or inside. Again with top notch staff. The room was simply fabulous as well. We had a junior suite room and it was spacious, comfortable and the decor was Thai traditional but the bathroom was gorgeously created with stunning tiles that just added another dimension. As mentioned the staff were so helpful at every turn and even offered on a number of occasions to drop as the night markets which was so kind and not part of the advertised service , even though they do offer a shuttle to the airport on the day of departure. This was a fantastic stay and I cannot rate it highly enough, if you are going to Chiang Rai please stay here I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Hotel muy bonito y con gente muy amable y servicial. A la hora de hacer el check in nos ofrecieron un jugo de grosella fresquito y una toalla fresquita con un aroma riquísimo. El lugar es precioso si te gusta la naturaleza, ya que las habitaciones están alrededor de un estanque con mucha naturaleza. Las vistas desde el restaurante son preciosas, pasa el río kok. A la habitación no le falta detalle. Y en el restaurante la comida thai está buenísima. También tienen música en directo que hace más bonita la velada. El buffet del desayuno es muy completo y tengo que destacar que es en el único sitio de todos los que hemos estado que te preparan el café ellos y no es de maquina. Sin duda es un hotel al que hay que ir.

We arrived around 9 pm, taxi from airport 160B (the company left out of airport doors). Very friendly front staff who checked us in fast and then told us about the town and gave us a map. They told us about the walking markets, the Saturday one was still on and recommended for us to go, we did. We had a king room, 2nd floor, with a view alongside the pool. Rooms along the pool are in shade all day which is nice if you want to sit on the balcony in the afternoon. Room was very clean, nice king bed, TV, fridge (with bag of chips, peanuts, ice tea and Pepsi inside, included with room price, refilled as needed), 4x500 ml glass refillable bottles of water to start, kettle, tea/coffee, safe, good lighting, work desk with little desk lamp (real nice touch), power outlet at desk for charging and overall lots of room for our luggage. Curtains did a good job of keeping the room dark. Good wifi also. Elevator and stair access to all floors. Breakfast was wonderful, we absolutely enjoyed everyone. Some days (weekend) they have an egg station with ham and bacon. When not, they have a menu that offers complete egg dishes as well as Asian and local items. Also every day there is a nice selection of fresh fruit, salad items, breads, juices, milk, water, teas and coffee machine which make several types of coffee including cappuccino. You can eat inside or outside (if available and warm enough). Loved the breakfasts for the Asian items, khao soi, shrimp siu mai and fresh made rotis were our favourites. They have a nice pool with loungers but we never used as busy all day then enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a cold drink overlooking the pool. The location is great also, the Saturday night walking market it very close, less than 5 mins walk. The Night Bazaar is maybe a 10-15 min walk depending on the route taken. There is a 7-11 about 5 mins walk also. Fruit market around the corner. Restos nearby too. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful, especially the one young man we chatted with often when he was on shift. When leaving, he arranged a complimentary transfer for us to the bus station, very nice, great employee. Doing a little for the environment, we often have our room made up every second day. We do ask for whatever would normally come with a make up, water, coffee/creamer, TP if needed and the hotel is usually happy to do that. We don't have fresh towels every day at home, why would it be needed on vacation. One of the best all round hotels, we've ever stayed. It was a great place, would gladly stay again if in the area.

gran complejo de varios edificios y parques de estacionamiento. Un cuarto bastante grande con todo el largo , de lo que poner sus cosas.Por el contrario, falta de toma. Un armario, con pendiente. un grande cama de 2 m con lecho firme. La habitación de baño con ducha, muy bien. En cambio, el hogar se hace rápidamente... las toallas se cambian todos los días. Un pequeño balcón. Los desayunos se tomarán en el nivel de la recepción en otro edificio. El desayuno es prioritario para mí, Tailandia, que sólo come dulce por la mañana, hay pasteles grillados, mantequilla y pasteles. Recomiendo en relación calidad/precio
